Attack Type 2 - Pummels its target for 2 hits of 100% Fire damage, amounting to 200% damage; applies 'Charging Core' (-5 Fire Resist, -5 Energy Resist, see other information) to itself for 1 turn. Attack Type 3 - Blasts its target with beams of energy for 2 hits of 150% Fire damage, amounting to 300% damage; if a hit lands, applies 'Target Sighted' (+90 Bonus) to itself for 4 turns inclusive. Attack Type 4 - Blasts its target with beams of energy for 2 hits of 150% Fire damage, amounting to 300% damage; applies 'Debilitating Shot' (-30% Boost, -60 Bonus) to target for 2 turns. Attack Type 5 - Blasts its target with a beam of energy for 10 hits of 100% Fire damage, amounting to 1,000% damage, with +80 Crit. Attack Type 6 - Slashes its target with chakrams for 1 hit of 300% Energy damage; applies 'Sparking Cleave', a 50% Magic Energy DoT effect, to target for 5 turns. Attack Type 7 - Pummels its target for 2 hits of 100% Energy damage, amounting to 200% damage; applies 'Charged Pummel' (-15 All Resist, +50 Health Resist) to target for 3 turns inclusive. Attack Type 8 / 8.1 - Pummels its target before slashing its target with chakrams for 3 hits of 200% Energy damage, amounting to 600% damage; applies 'Charged Momentum' (+180 Melee/Pierce/Magic Avoidance) to itself for 1 turn. Other information While affected by 'Absorption Barrier', once per turn, the Sparkle Boy will apply a negative effect to the attacker if it receives a direct hit while 'Absorption Barrier' is active:- If the player dealt a direct hit to Sparkle Boy with an active non-permanent effect (excluding 'Stuffed', 'Doom' effect from DoomKnight, and effects applied from Sparkle Boy), the earliest applied effect is removed from the player.
- If the player dealt direct damage to Sparkle Boy with no active non-permanent effects (excluding 'Stuffed', 'Doom' effect from DoomKnight, and effects applied from Sparkle Boy), Sparkle Boy reflects damage equal to 100% of direct damage taken to the player and adjusts its HP equal to 50% of direct damage taken. (Pop-up: Without a buff to absorb, the Absorption Barrier absorbs your attack and reflects it back!)
- If the player's pet dealt direct damage to Sparkle Boy, Sparkle Boy applies 'Sapped Energy' to player's pet, stunning it for 1 turn.
While affected by 'Charging Core', if the Sparkle Boy receives a direct hit, 'Charging Core' is purged and affects the next set of attack rotations. The turn which 'Charging Core' was applied is visually represented with the Sparkle Boy shimmering. Sparkle Boy initially follows the skill rotation; Attack Type 1 -> Attack Type 2 -> Core rotations -> Repeat, with the Core rotations representing the following set of rotations:- Fire: Attack Type 3 -> Attack Type 4 -> Attack Type 5 -> Return to initial rotation; this rotation is used if the player dealt direct damage with the Fire element as the first hit to Sparkle Boy while affected by 'Charging Core'.
- Energy: Attack Type 6 -> Attack Type 7 -> Attack Type 8 -> Attack Type 9 -> Return to initial rotation; this rotation is used if the player dealt direct damage with the Energy element to Sparkle Boy while affected by 'Charging Core'.
- The Fire and Energy rotations are visually represented with lightning on the wings.
- Overflow: Attack Type 10 (x2) -> Return to initial rotation; this rotation is used from one of the following sources:
- If the player dealt a direct hit with any other element while Sparkle Boy is affected by 'Charging Core'.
- If Sparkle Boy receives a direct hit from the Fire/Energy element twice in a row while affected by 'Charging Core'. (Pop-up: The Sparkle Boy's core overflows with <Fire/Energy>!)
- If Sparkle Boy did not take direct damage.
