The current war is non-canon multiverse stuff that doesn't go anywhere on the timeline. You'll notice that the intro cutscene swaps between Book 1 and Book 3 Falconreach, and that Cysero doesn't know if there's a king or a queen. If it drops an upgrade to last release's Trinket I imagine it could be placed in the Inn. Securing the Sandsea doesn't affect the story in any way, so it doesn't really matter when it takes place - beyond what you've just stated. Forgotten Vessel takes place before the Void Ship sets sail, as Eirn uses it to build the ship's engine. Ginkgage's quests take place some time after Void Ship, after Aspar's attack on Hunter's Paradise. They don't have any bearing on the game's story, though, so beyond that it doesn't matter when they take place. Arachnalchemy also has no bearing on the story and doesn't really matter. Holiday content is also usually non-canon as it acknowledges the passage of real-world time - our hero would be in his 50s by now if the Cauldron Sisters and Frost Moglins are to be believed. HHD 2025 clearly assumes you're at some point after Black Winter due to the presence of Cultists, though. Post-revamp Osprey is pretty inconsistent in general with how Osprey is handled for the rest of Book 3, and it's best not to think about it too hard. Generally speaking, if something isn't on the timeline, it's either irrelevant to the story or non-canon. The only exceptions off the top of my head would be Archknight (between Storm War and Fire War), Mogloween 2009 (between Fire War and Ravenloss), and Spirits in the Inn + old F13s (lol). Thinking about where Arachnalchemy fits on the timeline doesn't have or need a real answer, besides 'after you unlock it.'
