 @Zoey614: From Zheenx's tweets, it looks like the Summer shop will be making a return this year with new items. An exact date hasn't been announced yet, so you'll have to wait for Design Notes to find out when.

Is there a lvl 20 version of Radiating Hands? I've only been able to get it up to lvl 18.

There is no level 20 version of Radiating Hands.

Are you sure, or are you basing that on the wiki? Because the wiki only lists it up to lvl 14, but like I said it does go up to at least lvl 18.

I tried farming for radiating hands lvl 20 for a long time with a few other people and kept on getting the lvl 16 and 18 versions. Then gaghr comes along and says that there isn't a lvl 20 version and obviously because he is gaghr, he is correct so to confirm, there is no radiating hands lvl 20.

 Yes, the TLaPD items are seasonal rare. You will have to wait for the next event/shop.

I need to to know its stats please:

Damage on hit
Damage per tick
Opponent damage debuff %
Cooldown
Energy cost
How long it lasts for

purely levels and in this game they are called powers not skills. You need a little bit of skill as well though and a fast computer to join the battleground quick.

In /join park, there is a quest to find 10 cameras (EVIL), I can only find 4 for some reason. Are they on a different map?

 The cameras are in areas that will need you to fly up to them.

Hey, I'm kinda new to this game, and I have a few questions:

1. Are there any enhancements to your powers?
2. Where do you farm Fame?
3. Where do I start?
4. Where do I farm xp?

These are my questions for now.

1. No enhancements, but there are different leveled versions of each power that you can use once you reach that level.
2. For low levels, farming in mainstreeteast can be good, to sell the drops. Or you can go to deathitude and get a higher amount of drops.
3. Start? Well here's a guide to show you how!
4. Experience is best farmed at ingiru.

hey um i need a good stun,DoT,heal and dmg hitter cos right now i suck i just have lacerate,frozen spear and laser beam im level 9 and member but its going to expire soon.

I have a level 1 account with a cool name and want it on a different master account. If I go into create character, put all of the stuff I want and the name, then delete it and create would it be created?
