On a more serious note. If you do get approval for another character. We can alway write in an event IC wise that gives Woyadei a reason to leave. Such as him messing up royally, saying something he shouldn't say as an example, and getting chased by one very angry dragon-kin. Since she's in her dragconic state, it wouldn't be that hard to make her mad:P It would also give us something to write about since we've basicly hit a brick wall until the time skip. I mean I could answer Rajiri's question, but there's not really much left after that, unless you want to talk about the different colored plants with two uninterested dragons:P

And, no to answer the question of removing a persons original character to replace with another. Stick with what you have and use character growth to make it work.

Well, so much for that idea. In the least I don't foresee all too many fights in the future. How disgusting, turn-based story-fights.

In addition, where/how far away from the tavern is Kampfgruppe von Valher?

We might be running out of conversation material, but I'll keep my group going for as long as I can. Hopefully, it won't be long before the skip happens.

Well sorry, get used to it, fights will be turned based when I throw something at the group. That is how I run things.

As far as how far away from the tavern we will go with far enough to where what happened was not heard by the group in the tavern and to where if something happens in the tavern the outside group would not hear or be able to show up in time to join in.

Skip will happen when it happens, this is what happens when groups split up.

A quick search nets 10 miles for thunder's maximum range of hearing and 100 miles for lightning's maximum range of sight(perfect if you want to spring a wizard-plot, Zlammy), assuming clear skies I imagine.

The movement of Kampfgruppe von Valher's around 3mph, so we have a few hours(2-3.5 hrs, I'm guessing, based upon what already occurred) to return, from on what info Afina provides. If for some reason they run, the speed jumps to probably 20 mph and they'll arrive at the tavern in less than an hour.

There may not need to be a time-skip. Arche's group could simply bumble in when Sana's group is still playing cards. Skips won't happen when they won't, there is no problem at all when groups split up, hahahahah!
