Gnome: Caetual will take us to the main city in Volkenraand. Can you believe it? An entire city built within tall, sharp mountains.
Gnome: Volkenraand means literally "Cloud's Edge". The mountains here are sooo tall they pierce the clouds! Remarkable!

This zone acts as an intermission between Precious "Cargo" and Back to the Mainland quests.
Despite being accessible from Osprey Cove, the Azaveyr Port Inn is canonically located in Volkenraand.
