Effects:
  • This effect does not work on Wind monsters.

  • A monster can only be "nerfed" four times by this effect. ("Nerfs" from other versions of the Nerfbat, the Moglo-Habilis pet, and the Nerfkitten count toward this limit. "Nerfs" from other sources do not count.)

      Example
      100% Modifiers become 102%. -100% Modifiers become -98%. 40% Modifiers become 40.8%, which is rounded to 41%.
