Eye of the Underworld, Seraph Calamity, Luminous Whiff, and Winged Sapphire Staff Kam says... Luminous Whiff / Eye of the Underworld / Seraph Calamity Magic Wind/Darkness/Light Staves, all have no lean of any kind. All of these have similar effects, all of them pay MC and 15% of weapon's damage to cause spells of the same element as the weapon to apply a status effect worth (so 20% Melee, x 0.75 since it's a Magic weapon, since you're assumed to use 4 weapon attacks per 1 spell cast, it gets x4 potency since it's compressing 4 turns of an effect, basically, so total of...) 60% Melee. Seraph Calamity applies either a 3 turn -(20.41 x MobLightRes x Hits / Attempts) BtH Blind (-20 penalty to save, inflicts with INT/LUK vs mob's DEX/LUK) or a 4 turn (30 x Hits / Attempts)% Melee Light Burn (neutral save, inflicts with INT/LUK vs mob's DEX/LUK). Luminous Whiff applies either a 3 turn +(12 x MobWindRes x Hits / Attempts) MRM DefBoost to the player (no save) or a 4 turn -(25.22 x MobWindRes x Hits / Attempts)% DmgDlt Choke (neutral save, inflicts with INT/LUK vs mob's END/LUK). Winged Sapphire Staff applies either a 4 turn (15 x MobWaterRes x Hits / Attempts)% Melee Regen effect to the player (no save), or a 4 turn (30 x Hits / Attempts)% Melee Water Burn (neutral save, inflicts with INT/LUK vs mob's END/LUK).
