chocodoodle -> RE: Monster Bugs - read the topic rules BEFORE posting. (3/21/2015 7:49:51)

i have been fighting monsters in this game for 10 years. i have never seen this bug before about 3 months ago...
monsters randomly heal EVEN when they don't get hit (or have - " " % stats on. please sort this out. i keep getting killed because of this.

*edit*

it has happened in random battles (don't remember what monsters it happened against) and it happened against a djinni in the alnaphar overlord set quest....
i was wearing the decimator armour, hydroblaze shield and horn of tera'suul.
i also had a random level 75 undead heal for no reason just a moment ago...

^ Your problem isn't a bug, it's related to the Decimator Armor's skill.

The skill reduces enemy END, but the effect only lasts for 1 turn.

What's happening is you're using your armor skill, it's reducing their END (which reduces their HP), then the skill's effect wears off and their HP is restored according to the amount of END they just got back.

It can be a hassle if you aren't prepared for it; this is why most players use Decimator's skill only to perform a finishing blow to an enemy.

While playing "Visit Frostvale" monster Kibbles the Happy Elf told me that he shouldn`t be there and that I should report him as a bug. I`m new in forums so i hope this is right place.
Fixed this part. Thanks! ~IMR

Also in "The Dark Forest"/"Seed spitter" after upgrade is imposibble to take a shield from Rilithia (lvl 103) that prevents from finishing quest "Yulgar`s Attic"
Also fixed. Thanks! ~IMR

1stClassGenesis -> RE: Monster Bugs - read the topic rules BEFORE posting. (4/14/2015 10:33:16)

The Pink Bun Ranger takes 0 damage from Harm damage (or more specifically, from my Exploding Poison Arrow (125 Z)).

This is intended. ~IMR

Rafiq von den Vielen -> RE: Monster Bugs - read the topic rules BEFORE posting. (4/15/2015 4:39:44)

^ Confirming through use of Guardian Dragon (via Spear of Awe!!!) and Bleed damage (Hydra Day.)

This is also intended. ~IMR

Lord Inioch -> RE: Monster Bugs - read the topic rules BEFORE posting. (5/9/2015 15:55:43)

Killing the Mythical Warrior (135) by bleed damage seems to produce a Blue Scroll of Doom, I don't know if it's the case with all shop monsters but I though I would report it just incase.

It WAS a bug with all shop monsters, but I fixed them. *mumbles* Looks like I used some out-of-date code for the Legendary Warrior....

*tinkers* Fixed. Thanks! ~IMR

I guess this can go here, or maybe game engine bugs. With the new glowing SP bar, Cyberchaun and Giant Cyberchaun (and maybe any other monster who starts with enough SP to use a skill on the second turn) will have their SP bar glowing at the ready inventory menu, suggesting that they will use their skill on the first turn. They actually use the skill on the second turn. I have low Luck, so they probably always went first. I would guess it's because with their first turn of SP regen, they will have enough to use the skill the following turn, even though it hasn't been added yet while on the ready inventory menu.

edit: enemies were the level 100 and 102 versions. It isn't happening with the 132 Giant Cyberchaun, even though he goes first and can use his skill on turn 2. [>:]

edit2: Giant Cyberchaun (132) is flashing early. Right now is flashing at 225, but needs 239 to use its skill. Cyberchaun (130) flashes early too. Maybe the others were also just flashing too early.

Xerxes bug?

So I have checked the update logs and have not found anything saying that Xerxes was upgraded, but he seems to be cheating. I had 23% earth EM and he was still hitting my lvl 96 for 150-200+ plus dam a hit, so 300-500 dam. I went and watched 10 vids showing people lvl 105 to 150 with less EM than I (half had 25, one had 30) and they were only being hit at around 50 dam!! Not sure if this is a new update thing but for him to be hitting a 23% em for 100s of dam seems wrong or broken.

Thank you for the info

^ Not a bug, go read the patch notes over here: http://forums2.battleon.com/f/tm.asp?m=21862476 and here: http://forums2.battleon.com/f/tm.asp?m=21948260

Fought the undead head (Dracolich) in AQ 10th anniversary quest. I was using Doom Knight blade.
The weapon should trigger on undead. However, I'm doing 0 damage to all versions of that enemy.

Lord Markov -> RE: Monster Bugs - read the topic rules BEFORE posting. (6/8/2015 14:09:36)

^
That's not a bug, the Dracolich heads had 0% to darkness and the Blade's trigger doesn't get around that, so you deal 0 damage.

Veral77 -> RE: Monster Bugs - read the topic rules BEFORE posting. (6/8/2015 15:11:32)

Last time that I checked, the Undead Skull Ape does not trigger the Shadow Slayer/Night Hunter abilities dealing with skeletons and zombies, despite clearly being a skeleton (at least, his head).

Monster in Question: PUREvil
Location: Arena of Enthusiasts
Bug: Using Warlic's Oblivion Sphere doesn't stop PUREvil and his pet from using and MP and healing.

Okay, so it's more complex than what I thought. If you use the Oblivion Orb on him when he has enough SP to heal (actually, the threshold is something higher than the requisite SP level... I don't really know why, or what that threshold is), he heals from his MP (the pool diminishes, which is visible when the MP comes back) and his SP remains untouched. Also, something else: when the Orb takes effect, his SP does not Regenerate.

Also, here's proof.

First image shows him healing even though his SP is near full and his MP is empty (i.e., this SP level is impossible if he's healing, as he'd need to have consumed SP to be healing). Second image shows his MP somewhat depleted even though I don't use MP-targeting items.

Veral77 -> RE: Monster Bugs - read the topic rules BEFORE posting. (7/1/2015 21:22:19)

Kung Foe is human, right? He does not seem to be triggering NightHunter abilities. Of course, I may have just killed him too fast to notice a difference, but normally, when a NightHunter kills a trigger enemy, he should recover some SP.

Siachi -> RE: Monster Bugs - read the topic rules BEFORE posting. (7/6/2015 1:05:01)

I feel like Quadrus is bugged, but I could be wrong. It's daze attack is 136.6% chance of inaction for four turns, and I don't think going over 100% is correct. It's making completing just one wave in the war to get to the rest of the quest difficult, because I get one attack for Quadrus' five.

EDIT: Assuming this is a bug, I've noticed this in the 110 and 130 levels specifically.

EDIT2: Well apparently if it's based off your ice resist, that could explain it. For some reason, I had it in my mind that Moglord armor resisted Ice, when I had a perfectly good Horror Show Void armor to use, so I definitely would have had less ice resist than normal.

kaziboca -> RE: Monster Bugs - read the topic rules BEFORE posting. (7/6/2015 1:23:29)

it depends on your ice resist. at 14% ice resist the daze is about 40%, and at 4% the daze is about 13%

Fireshifter(155) sp alert doesn't turn on when he has enough sp for fire attack.

Zee Flametail -> RE: Monster Bugs - read the topic rules BEFORE posting. (7/12/2015 22:21:53)

^ also happens on the level 135 version (fireshifter's SP bar doesn't flash when its going to use its SP attack). This feature works correctly on energyshifter and darkshifter, but not fireshifter

Gouresdo -> RE: Monster Bugs - read the topic rules BEFORE posting. (7/25/2015 2:22:30)

Bugged Monster: Rabid BURB (2) (not sure if applies to single/3 version)

Set being used: Armor: Centaurion Custos Form Secundos | Operational System: Windows 7
Weapon: Rx for Destruction | Browser: Mozilla Firefox
Shield: Chimeran Cavalier Shield | Flash: Most recent version
Misk: Head of Raydius Dragon

Met in "Barry Jotter!" first quest

The "disease" status is not working. By that I mean that my heals are not reduced by listed ammount (28), and the mosnter does not heal anything... confirmed to guest heal, pet heal and spell heal, making the status condition useless.

DarkLore -> RE: Monster Bugs - read the topic rules BEFORE posting. (8/12/2015 2:23:48)

Ethereal Banshees have the old art still.

big E -> RE: Monster Bugs - read the topic rules BEFORE posting. (8/21/2015 10:22:16)

Just ran into a level 45 Slattwob, with 6700 HP O_O

Yup, I realize he's supposed to be a tank, but 6700 seems far too overkill for level 45 considering he deals normal damage after all. Plus the 'Pedia lists him as EstHP 1650...?

_David -> RE: Monster Bugs - read the topic rules BEFORE posting. (8/22/2015 5:05:32)

The fire symbol for the Archdemon (in the Llyr's Druid Set event) should be darkness instead, since it attacks with darkness (it is, however, vulnerable to fire).
Archdemon

Also, Captain Munch from the Terrible Twelve series has no headshot.

4?1?2? -> RE: Monster Bugs - read the topic rules BEFORE posting. (8/22/2015 10:45:32)

^
The archdemon's base element was intended as a trap. Many monsters are lacking a headshot, too.

Lord Markov -> RE: Monster Bugs - read the topic rules BEFORE posting. (9/2/2015 14:39:01)

The SP bar for the Undead Dragon (level 150 version at least) does not glow when it has enough SP to do its breath attack.

NickUniverse -> RE: Monster Bugs - read the topic rules BEFORE posting. (9/12/2015 18:30:56)

Whenever I do the sinister 7 quest, I get to the zardmaster, and it never loads. I already tried 3 times. I really want the silas staff so I can try a mage build
