Sharp, sword breaker wrist guards/bracers... Much like the ones in Batman Begins...

Mine would Be a bow, but the bow dose melee damage and uses the same animation as a sword (i know random right?)

Hope it's a sharp bow.

Don't have "A favorite" though I really like Terry Goodkind's "Sword of Truth" series in the Fantasy genre because it's good writing with well developed characters and just the right blend of comedy, action/adventure and drama...

Hard to say. Probably somewhere berween 60 to 100.

It's a conspiracy, the DF Staff are in the secret underground lab, all huddled in front of a screen laughing at you.. J/K Because there are so many drops in that quest it can often take a while to get the exact one you're after...

What ecxactly is and archknight?

Beats me! If you ever find out be sure to fill me in, k? I might find the knowledge particularly relevant to my current situation... ;)

Here is a summery of what an AK is. For further detail on forum Staff, Mods and their helpers follow this link.

Title: ArchKnight (Will include "Arch" or "AK" and the name/s of the board/s they work in)
Responsibility: To help the moderators keep the forum clean. They patrol their assigned boards helping users, watching for and dealing with rules violations (such as spam, flaming, trolling, etc). They issue warnings and recommend bans to the moderators. In addition, they keep an eye out for helpful forum users to bring to the attention of the moderators/administrators. They may have other duties depending on which board/s they work.

The head moderator discusses their selection with Reens, the head of the ArchKnights, and if she approves, they are brought aboard.

Hi Stanwise Gamgee! Congratulations on helping your friend Frodo destroy the Ring of Power and save all Middle Earth from the clutches of darkness!

Let's start the 'torcher' as I believe asking questions in the Meet the Archknight threads is popularily called...

1. As an archknight, can you choose your own title, or was the friendly archknight thingy given to you by a higher moderator?

Yes and yes!

2. Do you always enjoy being an archknight, or have you already encountered a situation in which you'd rather have been a normal forum member?

It can be trying at times but I've had no regrets for accepting the post.

3. Do you feel the need to act differently on the forums now that you're an AK?

Not really. I think those selected to be AKs are chosen in part because they already exhibit forum appropriate behavior. Though it does make one look at threads and forum posts with a much more scrutinizing eye!

4. Do you feel the need to draw attention to yourself, writing your name in all caps?

Absolutely! That's exactly why I do it! J/K For real reason see post 3 on page one of this thread

5. Do you like birds?

Sure! Good for looking at, listening to and eating. I just recommend steering clear if you happen to see a portly English Director behind a camera filming them!

6. Can you name five species of bird that live in your neighbourhood?

Seagull, pigeon, duck, goose and parrot.

7. Do you like (other) wildlife?

Very much!

8. Do you read books? If so, what genres?

Yes, Fantasy, SciFi, Mystery, Biography, textbook and comic/graphic novel. ;)

9. Do you prefer cats, dogs, pigs or parrots?

I like em all fine but I"m definitely a dog person.

Whats you fav. tv series?

Well I like, Lost, Hereos and How I met Your Mother but my favorite would have to be Boston Legal. I don't really have time to watch any other programs.

Not yet.

Whats you fav. non computer game?

I like several strategy board games, chess and poker.

Do you like pokemon?

I like beating them to a pulp on Super Smash Bros. Brawl... ;)
