Path connecting Oaklore Keep (Book 3) and Sunbreeze Grove (Book 3) -> Click Rope on bridge -> Loremaster Oruni -> Quest!

Objective: The remains of Sepulchure's tower groan and shift... you better find one of his helms and get out.
Objective completed: You found what you needed and hope you never have to return to the desolate and decaying tower.

Oruni: Ohhhh, met a lotta librarian dwarves have yah?
<Character>: Well, no... I've only met one Loremaster and one dwarf before today... do you know Maya or Doug?
Oruni: ... No.
Oruni: Lissen, <Character>. I need yer help an' time is shortenin'.
Oruni: The Loremasters are... tryin' tah secure dark an' danger'us items. Yer one a tha few that storm'd Sepulchure's tower in tha Deadlands...
Oruni: If yer up ta it... the Loremasters need yah to brave tha ruins once more an recover a Helm of Sepulchure.
<Character>: The Loremasters need one of Sepulchures Helms? But why?
Oruni: Tha be top secret, <Character>. Dark forces be at work and only a hero like yerself can... can make sure tha helm gets in tha right hands.
Oruni: Can ya do it?

At the top of the tower, outside the throne room:

The long abandoned helm thrums with the last vestiges of dark power. Not even dust has marred the cold, metallic surface... you can almost see your reflection... is that your reflection?
A loud crack echoes through the ruins as the remains of the tower shift under your feet.
It's past time to get back to Falconreach and get the helm to Loremaster Oruni.
You hope that she and the Loremaster Order can keep it safe and that it will fill in whatever blanks they still have left in history of Sepulchure.
