BAZINGA!


 Bladehaven Beta is now live! Guardians, DragonLords, Star Captains, AQWorlds Members and players with an upgraded EpicDuel character can now play Bladehaven by logging into their master account: http://portal.battleon.com/

Remember to follow the =AE= Portal Games Forum Rules when you're posting. Understandably there's going to be a lot of excitement, but try to avoid spamming, flaming, trolling etc. We want to have a friendly discussion for everyone to participate in :)

Questions about BladeHaven belong here in the =PG= Questions and Answers Thread.

Any bugs you find belong here: =PG= Bug Reports Go Here!

 Heh, only level two, but I'm enjoying it. Still gotta practice slashing, because for some reason, my sword always goes away from the monster >.>

This is one of the best mini-games I have ever played. Amazing music (except for the shop >_>), amazing battle system, and amazing mercenary attacks to pwn that Undead Queen. xD Bladehaven rules! :D

But...when I save, it says that you have to login first. I'm ALREADY logged in!

Can someone please tell me what's going on? I want to get a merc but if I can't save and it's temporary...

@Elementer: Log out from the BattleOn Portal. Then clear your cache and restart your browser. That solves most problems.

When the beta ends will we have more monsters to fight and more items to buy????

And if you have bought some of the BP contracts and if you accidentely load a new character will the contracts be saved on the new char?

Oh yea and one more thing When does the beta end?

You're entitled to your opinion, black knight, but why not post reasons for you disliking the game? You've made dozens of posts where you say the game fails. Simply saying that the game fails and calling people who like it fanboys doesn't do much for anyone. The only real complaint I've seen from you is that Battleon Points are required to unlock many features (and I wouldn't know that reason either if I hadn't seen you in the AEGD thread). You should be able to get BPs for free here.

Edit to your response (don't want this to take over the thread): Ah, okay, I guess the pet thing adds to your irritation. I still think you should be able to get your hands on some BPs if you check out the offers and then you'll be able to judge the game without that annoying you. Didn't see that they called you a noob for disagreeing with them... your response makes more sense then. I think it's to be expected, though, that you have to pay to get the best gameplay experience. That's true with most professional games.

Ohh, this is new. Anyway, I love it. I was at the 3rd dragon battle when I decided to farm but pressed "Quit" by accident. But the save bug was still there....so yeah....but now I'm starting over. I just killed the Undead Princess at level 4.

They called me a noob for not liking the freaking game -.- that looks like fanboy-ism too me, and the BP thing Is just very absouletly VERY annoying, and of course, too me, missing out a rare pet makes me feel bad, thirdly: Gameplay wise, Its like ED, pay or fail /:

@BK I completed the whole storyline without any contracts. I then did it WITh all contracts. It was much easier but it's do able without paying.
I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS GAME.
I cannot believe how well it is done.
Staff you have done a VERY good job on this game. I hope it is continued for a looooong time because I really really really love this game.
Everything is GODLY.

Well, it's totally possible to beat the dragon without using any BP item, and besides, this is thankfully not PvP, so you don't fail even without payment. :)

The undead boss was harder than any of the other bosses, think they need to change anything? XD

Edit: *Generic compliment on the art/music/animation* Though there might a bit more paid content than i like. :p

Basicly, the second boss Is not beatable unless you pull off spells and spam sheil, which dies after a few hits, spells for some reaosn, never work me, and the all around score: 2/10. the grapchiks (Did I spel It right? xD) are what saved game from 0

Why didint anyone answer my question?

If you have for example armory license on your original char then you start a new game will the armory license be saved on the new char?

@black knight 1234567: All monsters in this game are beatable with the Level 1 Sword, Level 1 Shield, and "Shield" spell, proven by Xyo. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oK6mPuht3To If shields don't work for you, maybe something in the settings (game and/or computer) is messing it up or the mouse/trackpad you're using isn't working. But you need strategy to win this game - and if you don't want to work on a strategy, don't bother playing it, no one's forcing you to.

@black knight 1234567: Like I said. Keep an airtight strategy. I'm sure the same trick - "Shield" spell when the Shield is about to go down to replenish it - will work with the Undead Queen.

nosey: Without Permits, it's nesscessary. It's beyond required.
Ugh, I got completely and totally nerfed back down to level 1 with 1 level newbie stuff. Really hoping Saving works properly now. o_O

I never bought a shield spell, and didn't use spells on the princess besides tghe first one.

I spam poison, just because I like it, however, the dragon would've been impossible without it.

And the spells may fail because of some weird time limit type thinggy. I am by no means accurate with them. Just get close on the red line, and go quickly.

I also never used save; my game just does so automatically :)

Hahaha! I spent 500 bp on the contracts, and the little box changed in game, but my MA hasn't lost any!
