When I try to send a PM, it says "You cant post 2 consecutive messages in such a short amount of time" even though I had just gotten on the Forums. Anyone know anything about this?

That normally only shows up when you try to send a PM right after another. Could be a cache problem.

That also happens to threads, when you posted a quick message after another.
You should atleast try not to post your messages quickly and try it in a short while. ^_^
