Double strike is a powerful skill for pure damage. It has a relatively fair mana cost and has been nerfed damage wise plenty. There is one major problem with the skill: the cool down is only one. One is a bit ridiculous because when compared to the other skills that are it's equivalent (Cheap shot and plasma bolt), it has a considerable advantage. Another thing to address is Frenzy, which really isn't that devastating of a skill. It does have the ability to allow heal looping, but any class can heal loop in Omega. Three turns really makes it a skill only usable once or twice a battle, healing a bit of hp every few turns should not be impossible to beat in the slightest, it is just making it more balanced. Blood lust still heals much more overall but you don't see any OP heal looping BHs running around. Frenzy is simply a strike and should not have three times the cool down of the much more powerful double strike.
