blood commander isn't OP, at this point it's just right and shouldn't need buffs/nerfs. Even if a support build used it on themselves with +70 strength, the benefits compared to losses are arguable. It costs a large amount of skill points to gain strong lifesteal, it costs an entire turn to use, and a support build isn't likely to use strength-based attacks other than a possible maul if they really need it, intimidate, or rage when they've used up they're aux and multi. Either your defenses would have to suk to have multi rage and deal 84 (I had around 150 support and my rage multi only did around 70 on crits to 25 def-ish players). Why the heck would it do 84 on a crit? That would only be if you had terrible defenses, and then it's your fault that the opponent healed 20+ health because that's a weakness of low endurance builds.
