Melee weapons are recommended instead of Ranged with 200 Str 150 Dex and 200 Luk.
Melee weapons have 50% base 38.5% from Str and 11.5% from Luk, 200*3/40 = 15 BtH from Str, 150*3/40 = 11.25 BtH from Dex, 200/40 = 5 BtH from Luk that produces (50+38.5+11.5)*(.82-.0375) = 78.25% melee damage
Ranged weapons have 50% base 30.8% from Str 7.7%*150/200 from Dex and 11.5% from Luk, 150*3/20 = 22.5 BtH from Dex, 200/40 = 5 BtH from Luk that produces (50+30.8+7.7*.75)*(.82-.075) = 64.498375% melee damage
With Essence Orb, one can use only skills for damage and avoid weapons at 50% efficiency of Hpcost, which would resolve two elements given Grenwog Rider can be used for Wind/Earth skill.
Change Spear to Blade of Awe, set Awe element to Neutral for an Earth weapon and flat resistance Armor/Shield.
Cerberus' Fury from Underworld Part I: The Hunt for Hollow can serve as Fire/Dark melee weapon and Warbringer would be sold.
Kickstarter Might would be sold as Earth/Light weapon for Cerberus to serve as the compression weapon and Greater Bright Blade of Victory > Zealot's Wrath or Future Light Bloodzerker blade would serve as Light.

I would sell Megingjord as its skill is on old standards of *.8 damage and *1.2 cost for following weapon element for High Oracle's Taladosian Robes as its an old standard Elecomp skill that has higher Elecomp value than modern skills and has a Pre- Status Offensive lean, which takes slightly more damage than Neutral lean, but deals Offensive lean output.
