i think the lvl 130 version of star saber hatred is missing from the shop?

 New GGB items. Kam says:

Star Sabres

The UR/R ones are Energy and are MCed, Passion (Pink) is Fire, Pacifism (Purple) is Wind and are not MC. They're all Melee/Magic click to swap. Red/Hatred is raw +5% damage, and the others all regen something based on damage dealt with the weapon, 5% of damage *1 for HP, *1.5 for MP, and *1.125 for SP. Yellow/Balance regens SP, Blue/Justice regens HP, and Green/Wisdom regens MP.

 They're standard 0-proc weapons. I don't see why they'd have any penalty.

Is it MC'd? The price doesn't sermto be MC, but what would be the penalty in this case for the burn?

 It's not MC'd. It pays 10% damage for the burn, but shouldnt it be a 5% redux?

Thought that the -10% was for the lean...
Oh and where's the +2% for not having a special-special?

100-proc weapons without a special-special should do 102%. The weapon takes -12% damage total and that goes towards the burn.

-12% damage was specifically chosen because weapons with a special-special do 90% damage on their not-a-special attack. This way, it has a comparable not-a-special attack. ~IMR

Is the regen on the HP, MP, and SP sabers really intended to proc on non-weapon based armor skills? Does the +5% damage Saber behave the same way? If not, why not? If so, is this a new standard? I can't think of a single other weapon trigger or MC that procs on non-weapon-based armor skills. The issue with this in my opinion is that the regen is not ele-locked -- you can use the sabers with an armor skill of any element for free regen. It's also not type-locked (melee/ranged), and if I understand correctly works with armor skills that take no stats from the weapons.
