Yulgar: Glad you could make it! We've got a bit of an issue. I placed an order for various weapon components that's been hijacked. I've got a bunch of bare blades here with no handles, hilts, or ornamentation.
Yulgar: The parts are scattered all over the northern hills, now. If you could go retrieve some from the bandits and wildlife, I could build you your very own weapon.
Blackhawke: A little word of advice: Watch out for the bandits who raided the caravan. They'll be out looking for the parts too, and they're well-armed.
Yulgar: Bring the pieces back to me when you've found the ones you want and I will forge you a custom weapon from them!
Yulgar: You only need to buy the weapon ONE TIME... after that, whenever you go out and find new parts, I will automatically re-forge it with the new pieces.
Blackhawke: Yulgar has crafted some fine blades and staves that determine your damage, and you can find handles that determine accuracy, hilts that determine your weapon's element, and even magical gems that--
Blackhawke: ...do magic things and affect your weapon's special. Hmph. I'm a fighter, not a mage.
