We all know currently Houses have no purpose , ppl spent tons of money to this houses and get what??? ofcourse nothing.

Than i thought a usefull way just like i did in "Faction War System" so i did a "Rent House System" Lets come how this will work...

First of all every house will have a hourly credit income :

*Fortune Studio Apartment : 50 credit per hour
*Barrens Yurt : 65 credits per hour
*Biodome Bunker : 75 credits per hour
*Junkyard Crawler : 85 credits per hour
*Luxury Mine Suite : 100 credits per hour
*Fortune City Loft : 100 credits per hour


The system will work like otomatic farming credits , i want to explain this in an example:

Imagine that you only have "Fortune Studio Apartment" so every hour you will get 50 credits , in a day you will have 50x24=1200 credits , in a week you will have 1200x7=8400 credits.
So lets imagine you got all of the houses , in 1 hour you will get 395 credits , in 1 day you will get 395x24=9480 credits ,in 1 week 66360 credits at maximum

But it will not this easy to earn the credits...

Every house will have storage space for credits and this space will be enhancable with varium.There will be 5 enhancement slots for increase the storage space to its maximum

*Fortune Studio Apartment : 240 starting space
*Barrens Yurt : 312 starting space
*Biodome Bunker : 360 starting space
*Junkyard Crawler : 408 starting space
*Luxury Mine Suite :480 starting space
*Fortune City Loft : 480 starting space


So you have to be online in every 5 hour or you should buy more storage capacity to make it reach daily storage space.Lets explain this with an example:

So lets imagine you have "Fortune City Loft" so you will get 100 credits per hour , you can collect your rent income in everytime but if you become offline for 5 hours your credit in come will not be higher than 480 credits so you need to clean your storage space for more income or you can buy more storage space with more varium.

66360 credits per week can seem much but you have to spent 10250 varium+ 48500 credits + You need to online in certain times or you need to give more Varium for enhancements and be online everyday.

I will not mention the storage enhancement's prices , admins can find the best prices for it.

Nice idea, But how about income is only earned while players is online?,AND dont make any more varium spent on houses i didnt like the storage idea, houses already take enough dam varium stop acting as if devs get less then what they already get from their players .

^ House income should recieved in to storage online or offline thats the total idea of the "Rent House System" if you looked the hourly prices like "50 to 100 credits per hour " so if i can only recive those credits when player is online than player will not buy the house and get (2-4 win more per hour) that will be equal and doesnt need to spent tons of varium on houses.

50 credits per hour = 2 wins per hour
100 credits per hour = 4 wins per hour

The storage idea is for reaching 66k credits harder and If there is no storage limit than a player will get a house than doesnt log in for 2-3 years after 2-3 years he/she will have 3-4 milion credits which will be ridiculous.

A house could give a bonus for when your online, and a once a week bonus if you log in once a week. but $ need to be less.

And no items should be needed.

A daily credit income would be way more easy without the need to login or visit the house to grab the credits.
Im thinking about 1/10 that the house did cost in varium + 100 credits per day. (Average month has 30,5 days)

For Fortune Studio Apartment (750 varium) that would be 175 credits daily / 1225 weekly / 5338 monthly

For Barrens Yurt (1250 varium) that would be 225 credity daily / 1575 weekly / 6863 monthly

For Biodome Bunker (1750 varium) that would be 275 credity daily / 1925 weekly / 8388 monthly

For Junkyard Crawler (2000 varium) that would be 300 credity daily / 2100 weekly / 9150 monthly

For Luxury Mine Suite and Fortune City Loft (2250 varium) that would be 325 credits daily / 2275 weekly / 9913 monthly

Great idea bro , but I didn't like the varium thing =S

Can I get credits only :D ? Without paying variums.. So there should be an amount of credits , offered in each hour , like flag capture , in a day. (Compared with the influence given to the controlling faction.)

Multi housings could be a problem. Maybe only the most expensive house should count for calculation
and additional houses give a small or no bonus. I think there is room for some extra money and
especially characters below lvl 30 are always short in credits. Alot young players dont know this
and screw their builds completely so that they loose every duel because they only have 1 or 2
obsolete weapons and no armor.

Well the most reasonable thing to do would be the same thing what Adventure Quest did. Houses upgrade your inventory size. Its kinda weird that somebody has 4 houses and dont have enough inventory space to have more than 20 weapons... Every house should give some inventory storage space.

Olso, AQ did something else. You can make money with having a house. Its value is raising every week for a 1 % of the complete value of the house or something like that. I think it could be implemented in ed too.

And something else... Lets say if you have a house in some city like Minetower, would be good to be able to travel to any screen of minetower city in just one click.

That 3 things would make house owners get some of their money invested in houses back, not just in shape of a landlord badge.

You can also send an army and guards to a war when you have a house in AQ.
This brings some good extra money too.

Taking a page from some of those Social Games like Farmville, there could be daily quests for maintaining your home.

I think also, like factions, if houses had levels, by competing the quests, and accumulate enough income, each house could level, and when they level, new additions or size could be added.

HOuse right now there is like 10 things that need to be fix in the game we do not need them wasting there time in house

i have non and unless they give me one free i will still have non it is something that should'NT have been add in to a PVP game

THEY JUST DID THAT TO MAKE SOME EXTRA CASH WHICH IS OK FOR THOSE WHO BOUGHT IT BUT DO NO ASK FOR THIS TO BE TAKE IN TO MORE CONSIDERATION BECAUSE WE HAVE ENOUGH PROBLEMS AS WE DO WE DO NOT NEED THING THAT WILL SLOW THE PVP SYSTEM EVEN MORE AS IT IS

also there could be a army thing. send one army a day and it does like 100 kills in faction war. it activates when you log in so if you dont then your army wont attack
