To be more on the creative side rather than literally just almost-cloning stat point effects, I'll suggest new legendary ranks stuff. This is not meant to be for balance, this is meant to be for creativity. All effects are per 1 rank point with no diminishing returns. Stun Technology: +1% stun chance per investment Conserver: -.4% EP cost on all skills use per investment Health Regenerator: +1.5% more HP healed when healing HP through any form of core, skill, etc... EP regenerator: +2% more EP gained when draining/recovering Drain Resist: EP-removers are 1.3% less effective Hot Blooded: gain +1.3% rage on all attacks and defends Cold Blooded: The enemy gains -1.3% rage on all attacks you land and defends you do Stun resist: Resist chances of being stunned by 1% Deadly Debuffs: Debuffs placed on the opponent, including DoTs, but not including defense-lowering ones (lowering dexterity and techology do not mean they lower defense. Defense-lowering ones are necrosis and armor annihilator, and other similar ones) have increased 1.1% more effect Enforced Buffs: All buffs, including ones from cores like armored roots and ones from bots like thorns, gets an increased effect of 1.2% ...that should do for now.
