Hey Scyze, glad to see you around. Great to see a nice post around here once again. Regarding the topic, I had like to state my experience. I think time has always been a factor due to the amount of ideas and strategies I could make in that time frame. Initially, when I retrain and make a build, I tend to have a standard strategy. If the main one fails, I complement with a sub main a, b, c, etc. I think not only for the present but for the future of the battle as well. What I have found to be the greatest flaw in my game style are crits, deflections, stuns and blocks predictions. When that flaw comes into play, I see myself forced to focus myself solely on trying to beat my foe's build and strategies before mine run out and I have got no chance to win anymore. Brain processing is something I have done since I started playing this game. That's what makes me love EpicDuel tbh, you don't necessarily spam skills like in AQW to beat a monster in a critical situation, you need to save as much energy and use the best skills your build has to actually survive it. I think 15 seconds are fine, then again I wouldn't mind 5 seconds more to think a bit more and in case of lag spike as well( it isn't often but can happen anyway). Note: This ain't the staffs' perspective but mine. By no means take it as the Devs' word.
