Ultimate Dragon Scythe of Elements.  Kam says: 
  
 Scythe, click the blade to swap Melee/Ranged/Magic, click the orbs to pick among the 8 elements, has a 1/3 Base lean and a -3 BtH lean.  As above, has double price and MC to cover some of the 8-element compression.  Weapon has a -15% damage penalty and costs SP = to 20% Melee (15% while in Magic mode), SP is paid at start of turn or when equipped, you also pay 1/4 the SP cost when swapping from Magic to Melee.  SP is refunded when it's de-equipped, and 1/4 of the SP cost is refunded when swapping from Ranged to Magic.  If you don't have enough SP, then the weapon does 0 damage. monster deals +0.15/1.4% damage (+0.15/1.4*0.75 in magic mode). No proc, so +9% damage.
