*You and your dragon meet Ruby after defeating all of the slimes in Falconreach.*
Ruby: Oh, are you done, already? I'm just about done with the next, much more refined batch!
<Character>: Ruby, what are you doing?! Can you please, just take a moment and stop?
<Character>: I get it, you want to try the flavors of the rainbow. But we just finished cleaning up your last mess!
<Dragon>: So... much... slime... | *Irritated grumble*
Ruby: ...
Ruby: ...Maybe you're right. I've been more obsessive than usual, haven't I?
Ruby: *sigh* I know Rudy's been worried, too. I'm sorry, I've been awfully selfish. Thank you, <Character>.
Ruby: I needed—
*Suddenly, the unknown crimson red presence shakes Ruby, causing her to drop her crimson red vial into her cauldron.*
Ruby: Oops.
<Character>: RUBY!
Ruby: That wasn't— Okay, we might want to step back.
<Character>: You don't say?!
*Ruby, you, and your dragon escape from the exploding cauldron; Twilly enters the scene, who is looking to find the others.*
Twilly: Um. Hello? Where did everyone go?
<Character>: Twilly! Wait—
*However, your warning to Twilly is all for naught as Ruby's cauldron explodes; a massive, rainbow slime appears from the explosion and eats Twilly; Ruby appears to be amazed upon seeing the slime.*
Ruby: It's... beautiful...
<Character>: IT ATE TWILLY!
Ruby: And I'm gonna eat IT!
Ruby: After you beat it up.
<Character>: You double— no, triple owe us now!
Ruby: Hmm, I dunno if this one really counts as my fault...
<Character>: Yeah, yeah, we're getting to you!
SUPREME SLIME: BLRGLH!
<Character>: Come on, <Dragon>, one last slime to clean up!
SUPREME SLIME: BLARGHLFH?
Battle! - begins battle with SUPREME RAINBOW SLIME.
Heal - fully replenishes HP, MP, and potions.
Run Away! - launches Leave Quest confirmation box; clicking 'Yes' will teleport player to March of the Slimes!.
*After defeating the Supreme Rainbow Slime, Twilly, Ruby, Rudy and your dragon eat the Supreme Rainbow Jelly, while you stand closer to your dragon.*
Twilly: You know, it's actually quite tasty! You really can taste all the layers of flavor!
<Character>: I think I'm still going to pass.
Ruby: Your loss!
Rudy: I hate to admit it, but all that trouble... I think it was worth it for this!
Ruby: Awww, you mean it, Rudy?
Rudy: Mostly because I didn't have to get turned into a tog. Or a log. Or anything else that rhymes with -og.
Ruby: There's always next time!
<Character>: Ruby, you definitely learned a lesson from all this trouble, right?
Ruby: Oh yes. As long as you have a hero to clean up your mess, the ends justify the means!
<Character>: ...
Ruby: Just kidding.
Ruby: Maybe.
Ruby: Are you sure you don't want any of the rainbow jelly? You worked so hard for it!
<Dragon>: It's really really good! | *Happy munching noises*
<Character>: ...Okay, fine, I'll have some. You're right, I've earned this!
*Scene fades to black, before fading back in; Ruby also serves a Supreme Rainbow Jelly to an unknown presence.*
Ruby: Are you sure you don't want any? It really couldn't have been done without your help, too!
*The unknown crimson red presence enters the scene.*
???: I have told you before. I do not require your mundane sustenance.
Ruby: Yeah, yeah. But even if you don't need it, it's still worth celebrating! And delicious!
???: There is only one thing I require
Ruby: What was that again? I think I forgot...
*Scene zooms out to reveal the unknown crimson red presence, Fatuous, who appears to be a Doom spirit in a form of a moglin.*
Fatuous: I, Fatuous, desire a pact. Bind your weapon and soul to me. Join with me, Ruby.
Ruby: You want... my spatula?
Fatuous: That is your implement of destruction, is it not?
Ruby: Uh. I guess so.
Fatuous: I assisted as you requested. A taste of my not inconsiderable power. And we could do so much more together.
Ruby: Hmm... I have a question for ya. Why do you look like that? I didn't think Doom spirits looked like moglins.
Fatuous: Is this form not relatable? Not formidable?
Ruby: It's creepy is what it is.
Fatuous: My understanding is that moglins are a dominant magical being on this plane.
Fatuous: From your command over the human hero earlier, I believe that knowledge is accurate.
Ruby: ...
Fatuous: So, Ruby.
Fatuous: Do we have a deal?
*Scene cuts to black.*
