I unistalled it and it still had the error. Then I used the installer to Fix it and now it works. Next time someone has this problem tell them to use the installer to Fix it.

Not trying to put a damper on your fun or anything, but you should probably put a disclaimer on your first post stating that "rpg maker xp" and all the other software on that page are illegal pirated and cracked software, and should be deleted within 24 hours of download. The whole RPG Tsukuru series can be found on amazon japan. XP is 10,290 yen (About 93 us dollars). 2000 is 46 bucks or so. Those are the legal japanese copies, so knowing japanese would be a plus lol. They have some more neat programs and stuff, too. Resources are fine though. They're just pixle art ;) amazon.co.jp put rpg in the search box.

the softwareware isnt cracked the maker of rpgmaker made copyies for the U.S. only japan charges....but only if you used real rpgmaker you can sell your games so i might buy it sometime

Hey because this IS a RPG maker help forum i will ask you for 1 thing (this is all i need to know so it would be nice if answered!) But i want to now how you use Input code to make it so where once you put a code in it does something. Or just what input code is for...

what is phasing used for? (when you open up an event right below the graphic it'll give you some choices and one is phasing)

water_mouse: Doors are Character Graphics 170-173. To Use it to Teleport to another map make a new event and choose the door graphic you want to use. Then go to Page 2 (after you double click on a blank space in the event). The first thing on page 2 is Teleport, choose it. Choose Specific Location and click the arrow, then choose a map and a place on the map. Finally choose the direction you want the character to face when they go to the new map (this is at the bottom of the Teleport properties). I hope this helped.
