Here are some tips for receiving the AE currency you desire.

1. Make sure you have met all the requirements the offer has listed.
2. After completing the offer and meeting all the requirements, document your proof.
3. Documentation should be two things: print screen the page (the final page for example) and copy and paste any text that would verify that you have in fact completed the offer.
4. If the points have not been awarded and the appropriate time the reward should have been credited has passed contact the respective system through email ("offer inquiry page").
5. When you submit the email; clearly state the issue and upload/paste any proof* you may have.

LISTEN UP-I need to contact the AE extras personnel in aqworlds. I sent an email of complaint saying that super rewards had sent me 3 emails from customer service saying they gave me points, and that my character should now receive the ac's. However my character was not credited. SUPER-REWARDS CAN DO NO MORE. They gave me 3 transaction id's as proof.

Please keep personals such as email addresses to yourself. ~Shadow

Still haven't received coins, getting annoyed... know I shouldn't complain, but this is somewhat outrageous.
Kinda makes the AExtras thing alittle pointless... too much a hassle with little gain.

i dont really like A-Extras because most of them require you to put in your home address. i hate that. i wish artix would put in something that would allow you to buy AC coins with gold in the game. they would cost like 10,000 gold for each AC. that would be cool. if they did that...idk what would happen.[>:][:@][;)]

Un67 is right though. However Australia needs WAY, I repeat WAY better free offers. the only best free offer there is is only worth 80-140 AC, that sucks BAD compared to America and the others.

i did EVERYTHING i was asked to do and i still don't have my DC's. i did like 25 AExtras and only 1 gave me coins. each took at least 20 minutes to do, and all for nothing. could the staff actually DO the AExtras BEFORE they put them up.

There is only one free offer in the PHILIPPINES... which is the Persfpot..... I've been having troubles w/ this because i did all their requirements but i still dont get any DC's........ and i've also waited for months if AE will add more offers in the Philippines but still only one free offer.... My pending offers all got deleted? ALL 40 of them? And only 4 worked. This needs to be sorted out, I downloaded all kinds of crap, put my computer at risk, completed numerous survey's.

Arzock, after a certain period of time the offers start disappearing off your "pending list". I would act immediately to redeem the AE currency you desire. As soon as the "offer reporting time" passes, you should contact them with proof. ;)

I live in the USA, Maryland. On the East coast. I think I might have been banned by SuperRewards or the site is blocked somehow, because another gaming site I'm a part of, OGPlanet, uses SuperRewards as well, and I can't use their services through OGPlanet, either.

That sounds like the most probable to me; admittedly, I'm not exactly an authority on such. The best advice I can give would be to see if any programs are blocking it...
