Bio: Panic is a near-demipower and a follower of War. It is revealed later that he is actually Jalek, only behind the mask of "Panic." Jalek has a long-term feud with both Cyrus and Galanoth.
Function: Panic attempts to aid Mayhem in destroying the strongest of Lore's heroes in order to help his master, War. Also a Boss Battle.
