Nabsol -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/2/2009 23:56:59)

I'm having trouble getting into the IRC channel. Help?

final five -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/2/2009 23:57:40)

Is there a way to get on without downloading it since it won't work on my computer?
I think it would help me if anything else if I could get on :/

OnuaNuva -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/2/2009 23:59:26)

So I take it that my mosaiq.org idea was wrong?

Say, for those of us without IRC, could we meet in a specific AQW area?

Lets say:

Battleon 755 on the Minimal server.

Verlyrus -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/3/2009 0:00:51)

The program is acting weird and not working.

Traveler -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/3/2009 0:02:19)

I still think there has to be something with the Mozaiq program, since Fal's third puzzle seems to aim us too clearly there, but it doesn't seem to be working properly.

Then again, maybe leading us to Mozaiq is precisely Fal's desinformation strategy...

final five -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/3/2009 0:04:37)

@Onua You need the number to have 4 numbers for it to work

well I'll be in battleon-7550 if anyone else can't get on the chat minimal server

Nabsol -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/3/2009 0:12:24)

@Onua I don't think the servers get that high.

OnuaNuva -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/3/2009 0:14:41)

oh... well battleon 7550 on the minimal server then.

Nabsol -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/3/2009 0:16:11)

Meet you there soon.

OnuaNuva -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/3/2009 0:27:44)

I give up with the aqw thing.

If someone could just postthe IRC transcript here ever yten minutes or so that would be great.

Nabsol -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/3/2009 0:53:48)

Can someone please give a working link to the mystery? I want to be able to help.

hardgore -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/3/2009 1:13:19)

Completely lost with whats going on with this but i've just checked the first locked thread for the sheets and i've managed to turn Falerin's hand puzzle into a sequence of numbers but am now lost as to what chart/s we are using to figure anything out if thats how this is even working. i really seem to be missing something...

Terencee -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/3/2009 3:01:51)

I went to sleep like 12 hours ago and still we have nothing really, can someone please give me an update of what has happened?

Lkeas -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/3/2009 3:58:57)

Maybe the zeroes are punctuation, like apostrophes? That would give us this:

OMOD MTW SFKYG TMG'Q W'RDAAYNLJ TM CTOFNZRJE

Looks a little weird though with that W'R. I guess it could be backwards again, but then we have the Q'GMT. Since it's polyalphabetic that could be "Z'kaa," as in Jarik... but the key is gibberish to force it into that name. R'WMT.

final five -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/3/2009 4:39:52)

@Lkeas If you put it backwards TMG'Q becomes Q'GMT which could mean V'eld or K'eld or something along those lines. I'm sure it isn't anything new to think but have you tried putting it in like that?

Anyway I haven't really been much help but I have to sleep it's kinda healthy so I'll be back sometime later today to try to see if I can help

Verlyrus -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/3/2009 7:39:20)

The final bit is not "Groupings of three", it's simply "ASCII", as has been confirmed way too many times.
It's actually in groupings of two.
Translated from ASCII code to letters:
OMOD
MTW
SFKYG
TFG0Q
W0RDAAYNLL
SF
CTOFNZRJE
note the zeros.

tomy 2222 -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/3/2009 8:59:18)

hi everybody im back!!!![:D] have we got something solid?

Plushie -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/3/2009 9:26:23)

not yet

kingofmen -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/3/2009 9:50:54)

Maybe you move them into groups of two and translate them like you did the other groups of two.

Verlyrus -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/3/2009 11:12:25)

OMOD MTW SFKYG TMG0Q W0RDAAYNLJ TM CTOFNZRJE

This is what we have, and I seem to recall that it is supposed to be polyalphabetic, technically keyless, and the first word has four letters...

any thoughts?

Well, most keyboards don't have accent lines, but I doubt thats it. Perhaps its those special symbols from holding a button?
I'll test in a moment.

Verlyrus -> RE: =WF= A Final Mystery (7/3/2009 11:37:12)

What? What are you talking about?
We already solved that second puzzle. And used the clue from it.
What are you talking about?
