Darkling -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/20/2010 16:21:43)

What would you say would be the best armor for a striker level 55-60 thus including Z items?

Technomancer -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/20/2010 16:30:54)

Well, there isn't much to choose from currently. :P

For a Striker, I'd say pick up both the Star ninja level 60 ( Star Ninja Shinobi or Star Ninja Jonin Z, both 60) and the highest level Cybertech armor (no entry yet, so take a look here).

necrolich66 -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/20/2010 16:59:43)

i need a lvl 48 update
http://aq.battleon.com/build30/charviewWF.asp?temp=63242877
like the last time
best items for my lvl
i have seen some items that where not noted last time that where betther than what i had
so i know i'll have to search for other things

Alternia -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/20/2010 17:24:00)

Question:

I've chosen a striker as my base. Will it affect me if I change my build from a warrior to a "Technician (Mage)"? I ask this because Mage's are based as a Striker rather than a gunner, as they don't require strength.

Technomancer -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/20/2010 17:28:31)

The only real 'problem', is that your no drop weapon will be useless (as it is a stick, and requires Dex and Str and 'Mages' train Int and Dex). The effect wouldn't be that great, I suppose. And maybe we will be able to change our no drop weapons later on (emphasis on 'maybe'), so then the issue is pretty much nonexistant.

I'd say go for it. :)

Darkling -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/21/2010 6:29:10)

Any tips on how to train INT a little easier for a guardian?

Bu Kek Siansu -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/21/2010 7:39:05)

Darkling: For the armor lvl 55-60 as a Striker I'd recommend the WarpTrooper VIIZ(L58Z). It's a good armor especially for farming.
To train INT a little easier, take Zorboz - Engineering as a guest and any pet included some HP/MP Potions from captain Daian's Quest - Sick Bay.

necrolich66 -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/21/2010 9:12:47)

can i have an answer for the question above
i made some searches and found a few things but i maybe missed something

devilking5 -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/21/2010 9:16:44)

This is my character page,now I am pretty happy with my build after changing from a hybrid to a pure warrior but was wondering that should I untrain my END and put all of it into LUK and retrain END to 75 later when I have 200 LUK,will I be able to survive with 0 END till around Lv60-70??

Bu Kek Siansu -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/21/2010 9:35:24)

devilking5: No, you should not untrain your END, but untrain your LUK.
Put the stats remaining into END(10 more points at max END 50) and STR or both STR/DEX.

necrolich66: I'll leave your question to moneybags or someone else, sorry! :p

necrolich66 -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/21/2010 10:07:20)

ok thanks i'll wait

Technomancer -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/21/2010 10:25:24)

@Necrolich: I kinda missed your post last time, so I'll make up for it now. :P

First of all, I know you're a BM Hybrid and that you only wanted advice on equipment, but I'm gonna add the build I think would be better for you, and the equipment that fits with that. If you don't want to change your build, just skip to section two. ;)

Section 1:
- Being a BM Hybrid means training 5 stats. Even at level 60, you *only* have 300 points to spend. If you have to divide them between those stats, you'll have a hard time beating enemies. I'd suggest switching to a BM gunner/techinician (losing the Str) for now (later on, when you get more stat points, you can always change back).
- Stats: Int should be lowered to 100. There aren't much skills/techs yet, and you're pretty vulnarable when you're out of MP. Lose the Str and raise Dex to 70. At level 60: Int/Dex/Cha at 100.
- Equipment: You'll be fully focusing on guns now (which means you'll have a use for your no drop weapon). I won't suggest Z-Token material and I'm not sure about Skills/Techs, so I'll refrain from suggesting any of those as well.
Weapons:
Fire: VBG mark III.
Water: Sharpshooter's Laser Pistol.
Wind: Sonic Cannon.
Ice: WG Ice Shard Repeater (or if you can make it to 50 before it's gone, Frigid ornament launcher).
Earth: WG Blaster Rifle.
Energy: Netgun (SR50W at level 50, Rhapsus' Gun at level 55).
Light: Osprey 10W2.
Darkness: Reaper's Baleful Gunblade.
Gauntlets:
Just upgrade them as you level up. For now: swap FHoC for FWGHoC. And swap Old WG ND for ND and Light NG for GNG at level 50.
Pets:
Assuming 100 Cha at level 60, you're good to go. The newly released pet requires around 150 Cha, IIRC. (will check this later)
Battlesuits:
Just get them all and upgrade them when possible. :P
For a full list, check here. And here for the ones without entry.
Misc:
Same here, they don't do much so get them all and try which one fits your style. Full list: here.

Section 2: The only difference from section one is weapons, for Gauntlets, Pets, BS and Misc see section 1.
Weapons:
Fire: Good for now, get Shimmering Axe at level 55.
Water: Good.
Wind: Assuming this is the level 44 version, good.
Ice: Good, if you reach level 50 before it's gone, get Peppermint Lasercane.
Earth: You're stuck with your no drop here, but since there aren't many alternatives, stick with it.
Energy: Good.
Light: Good.
Darkness: Good. Upgrade it when you reach 50.

Overall it's good, just keep upgrading when your reach the requirements.

Note: I'll edit in the links to the items with entries if you need them.
Note 2: I'll play trough the new releases again to see if I missed anything.
Note 3 (:P): Sorry for the wall of text, I hope it's still understandable.

necrolich66 -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/21/2010 10:32:46)

for my stats it's becaue of my low lvl but i have an idee for a good build but i need dex no for good hits (low lvl miss so much)
and INT can become STR with astramorph
but i have a plan
so wep is good and armors too i think

Technomancer -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/21/2010 10:41:54)

So which build are you aiming for? If you list the Cha (and other stats) you want to have at level 60, I'll see which pets are best for you.

moneybags -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/21/2010 10:45:01)

Wait a sec... Your strategy is to sit in a defensive armor then spam spells, then switch over to the Astromorph and take out the rest of the HP, no? In that case, you should use melee weapons, because that is all you'll be attacking with. Since the Astromorph converts your INT to STR, you should not be using guns. If thats the case, then your stats should be fine.

Technomancer -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/21/2010 11:00:28)

If that's the case, it's a suddenly a different story indeed. 95 Str and 80 Dex (if I did the math properly) should be enough to hit accurate and hard with Melee weapons. So on second thought, your stats look fine (you should've added your strategy earlier, it would've saved me some work :P ).

The only new things in this release (usefull to you) are:
The Shimmering Axe series (as I said before), melee fire weapon.
The new pet (level 40 version) has a recommended Cha of 95, so it's too low of an attack rate to be of any use.

Other than that, there's nothing left to do besides upgrading your equipment.

On another note, is anyone working on entries for the new quests yet? If not, I'll take the new Satiren quest.

necrolich66 -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/21/2010 11:14:24)

the pet of the new satiren pet?
well i have it

so yes i got what i need
just need to get betther stats and a few weps at higher lvl

Bu Kek Siansu -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/21/2010 13:43:29)

Technomancer: Go ahead! Post the new Satiren quest here! [;)]

werewolf09 -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/21/2010 21:35:26)

I made a mistake when chaing by warp garudins color. Is there a way to get the defualt color becuase i cant find it in the color shop.

moneybags -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/21/2010 21:48:02)

Just go back to the WG Tower, click Temura, and then click the "Customize my Battlesuit" button. It'll eventually get you to the screen where you pick your colors. When you're there, it should already be at the default colors (Gray plate, yellowish trim, and red cape).

Darkling -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/22/2010 8:04:33)

What is the potion hp/mp cap for guardians?

Thanx
Verlyrus
and WOW!

Verlyrus -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/22/2010 8:10:27)

Darkling, I believe it's 50 each.

not1but2 -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/22/2010 19:17:22)

not all of us are warpguardians, any ideas to get rich and level faster for regular trackers like me?

moneybags -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/22/2010 19:57:52)

WarpForce Farming Spots

Olzzon -> RE: =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (2/24/2010 12:39:58)

Is there a list for stats, as you progress in level? I need to know how many mana points you get /5 points INT and how it does effect your damage in spells.

I've been trying to find one, though without result.

Thank you.

/Olz
