With Exile being so far behind, I think we need the war to be spiced up a bit. Do you guys think that reinforcements should be added, like the regular war board has? Please discuss.

Good idea. the only thing that saved Legion from being completely slaughtered was the reinforcements release. Exile desserves the same benifit.

I think so. If they are going to make the current war replace the old faction wars then they should implement the same ideas. Legion is getting really far ahead the same way that exile did when war cannons were introduced. War reinforcements made it a lot more balanced. So it would only seem natural that the war should get them also.

Reinforcements? Are you joking? If Exile has the so called "players" time to stay playing. Not expect the devs to give you a handout to compete with us "payers"

@Smackie When the payer side's 1st place has more by himself than the entire top ten of the other side you would expect not to catch up any for that day.

@smackie then why are there reinforcements in the real war? If we didn't have them then exile would dominate. Remember when it first came out? Black Knights of Chaos has over 300,000 influence and legion was losing more and more everyday. The legion is horrible, look at what they are doing to the poor baby yetis :'( We can't let them win this war.

@Smackie Volcon makes a good point. You wouldn't deny reinforcements for Legion when the war first came out and Exile was winning but you deny Exile reinforcements when Legion is winning. :P

You don't know what I am thinking and yes I would be against it. Neither side gains anything for having it in their advantage daily. Therefore, the losing side has nothing to lose or gain as well. It would be unfair to add any reinforcements.

@Smackie Was it unfair at the beginning of the new WD system to add reinforcements to stop Exile from winning every single WD after they won it several times in a row and had more influence then Legion could ever earn in a single day?

The daily war board is a DIFFERENT thing entirely. Just because they are both exile and legion based does NOT mean they should be following the same rules. That would be so meaningless if they were both the same. Also read my last post for my thoughts on the frysteland war board rather than just ignoring them if you wish to discuss. @ Above. If you want to talk about the daily war board make a daily war board this is about the frysteland war board so lets stick to the topic at hand.

@ smackie it is basically the same thing. You get points for getting wins and you get more points for spending varium on war bombs, just like war kills in the normal daily wars

"Legion has the payers" and Exile has Control Alt Death as of today, i talked to vix about having Control Alt Death assist the war. altho we are on holidays, so dont expect a huge half a million war points per day. but i would say about 250k war points a day for now. and maybe half a mill after christmas. its time we even it up.

Exactly my point they may have similar looks and have similar ways to increase your side. That's a given. But the outcome is so much different. One has the ability to shape the story line while the other is just a staple in the game. When one board has that ability to alter the game there should be no charity to one side. This is 100% on the players to win. No handouts. NO MERCY! @ Gold can't wait to see that happen.

The daily is different to the war in the respect that war kills don't add influence, where bombs do add points. So, in the war the effect of bombs is much greater in many ways. Taking the bomb damage out of the equation and just having it enable individual players to increase points for ranks would help. To late now thou! There is no way any player or group could effect the outcome due to battling! Well payed Legion ;)

Well the Pay option is avaiable for everyone... It's like the thread not being happy about using Boosters in fights It's like the thread not being happy about Healing in fights You may not like it but it IS avaiable ingame so per definition fair for everyone. (except for non vars, they'll have to do with the Free bombs )
