How about this: Deadly Instinct Damage: • Deals 20 base dmg improving with tech every 5 skill points. • Applies "blood boil", a poison dealing 27 dmg over 3 turns. The base damage should be dealt when the skill is first clicked on, and then the poison happens over the next three turns. If the base dmg happened afterwards the while skill would be poison, which would mean you would have to wait 3 turns to get anything out of it. Requirements: • Requires dex, maybe 35 dex at max. • Requires a staff. • Requires same energy as surg, mass, and super charge. That's what I think the skill should look like.
