Patch Notes - 1.5.7
NEW CHANGES/FEATURES:
  • Increased the maximum credits possible per battle from 210 to 300. This should prevent issues where you could get fewer base credits than expected while boosting during Power Hour.

BALANCE CHANGES:
  • Infernal Android
    • This bot could unleash huge, repeatable damage with no downside. This change should make using the bot the more tactical "Can I afford to wait for its full damage" decision we originally intended.
    • Is now usable once per battle
    • Damage dealt changed from 80-140% to 85-130%. Still gains 5% damage per round.
    • Added a 3 turn warmup on the special to prevent accidental use before it deals full damage.
    • Special now goes into a 3 turn cooldown instead of 4 when the normal attack is used.
  • Assimilation
    • This skill is intended to provide an on-demand energy boost; this change keeps the focus where it is intended.
    • Lowered damage on hit from 100% to 85%.

BUGS FIXED:
  • Reduced the visual size of the Lagomorph auxiliaries.
  • Reversed the position of the Sickle weapons to appear more natural.
  • Krampus Blaster, Krampus Cannon, Legion Blaster, and Legion Cannon were incorrectly removed in the last update. They have been moved to the Krampus Trader.
  • Resale price of Basic items was not visually upgrading in certain cases.
  • Inserting/replacing cores would not visually update the resale price of the item in some cases
  • Resatting items could sometimes cause the resale price to visually increase.
  • Fixed several animation flickers at the start of turns.
  • Botanical Battlegear was incorrectly labeled as Rare instead of Seasonal Rare.
  • Venom Strike initial damage was incorrectly scaling per round.
  • Price of Bio Trooper armor changed to correctly match the Bio Mage and Bio Hunter armors.
  • Certain prize items incorrectly had no resale value. This applies retroactively to existing prize items, including the Bounty Pistol and Banx0rz Blade.

Finally the IA nerf. I'm a little confused about this though:

Normal attack is Physical attack. Special is the Energy. If you use Physical first then Energy will be in 3 turn cooldown. After Energy is used then no point.

It does... "Special now goes into a 3 turn cooldown instead of 4 when the normal attack is used." - so if you use Normal attack (Physical) then the Special won't go into 4 turn cooldown like it does now, but 3 turn. After the Special is used (once per battle) then no cooldown is necessary.

I just think Assimilate didn't get enough of a nerf. Sure it deals less damage thus less appealing to Strength abusers and such, but EP return is the devastating point. If it was at least 50% then fine, but 100% is.. >.>

thank you rabble for tackling the credit issue I brought up. It was really annoying not getting the correct boost since you have to spend varium to get the credit boost.

Nope! Plenty more in the works.

Since I'm out next week for a conference, we didn't want to put too much in. We were also mainly working on bugs and getting things ready for next week's Easter event.

OH JOY IA is no longer usuable and the yeti-users are even more op now. IA was my BACKUP when my aux and gun was taken away. <3
I'm think this so much. .-.

I'm glad all the yeti users / abusive builds are happy now.

Even though I own a yeti and IA, I disapprove of the restriction on usage.

Well the infernal android finally got the nerfed it needed to knock it off it is pedestal and bring it back to the level of the other bots. Because let's face it a reset function would not have stopped this bot from being all powerful.

IA has a MAX of +30% damage for a 1 time use. and the robot is only +12 damage

Omega yeti on the other hand, is +15 damage (and 16 for people with omega gear) and its special gets rid of aux and gun for a one time use.

The max nonrage damage I can do with my IA now against someone with 0 resistance, is 82 for one time use

and my robo damage is 17-21 +12 +30.

Someone that has yeti with my build can do a max of 66 damage (67 with omega gear) over, and over, and their damage doesnt imrpove. + they have a special that gets rid of guns!

Infernal Android got a much needed nerf, and it is now on par with all of the other robots.
Oh yeah, this is coming from a Tactical Mercenary, who's entire build centers around my robot.

I like these changes, Gamma bot is superior to IA as it always should have been because Gamma Bot was promotional and cost varium only.
IA was credits which mattered back then also it was better then Gamma after 5_ turns which wasn't fair. :D

But omega yet is way more powerful, due to the fact that it is +15 and IA is +12.

IA special does max of 82 damage.

Omega yeti is max of 56 (57 for omega gear) AND takes gun away for 2 rounds, and aux for 3 round.
