You've missed the bit where Devs have said that when it comes to balance, our feedback is necessary so the changes won't be driven purely by their choices and ignoring what players have to think.

If you choose not to leave some constructive feedback, don't be surprised if things won't go the way you may want. In the same way, it's not their problem you're not satisfied if you choose to not leave feedback, so who's to blame then? Community or Devs? Don't do the job for them, sure. At the same time, don't be surprised if the changes made aren't to your liking.

well said trans, the devs are adults and are different just like anyone else, their definition of what's powerful and what's not is different too, they mostly rely on data since not many players actually contribute logical solutions/explanations to the matter, they appreciate normal feedbacks but they appreciate constructive feedbacks even more, feedbacks like some have posted a few posts before are completely useless, might as well not say it at all, just like trans said, they devs would most likely ignore those who don't provide sufficient reason or evidence to backup the change/nerf/buff they want to make, the reason why AE have a forum is to discuss what players would like and dislike, though most they are not guaranteed to happen or might never happen, we basically build the game up with the developers.

back on topic, the quick kill builds are much more of a problem, they can cut through defences and will defeat you in 2-3 turns unless you get what you so called LUCK on your side to stall the battle.
