I find that luck is only an anoying factor that ONLY frustrates players.
Luck events happen WAY too often even with the use of anti luck cores.
My idea is a strange but at least it will take care of all complaines about luck.

A new battle mode : NO-luck mode.

These battles would have no luck based events occuring in them

the plyere with the most support would be the one to start and luck based skills and cores would be disabled.

yea i know it dosn t sound too great and im not shure if we have a big enough player pool but its an idea.

glass cannons builds would rule that battle mode. Strength Support Techmages with the azreal gear mostly. Also hunters would be at a great disadvantage as well since they will only have one passive instead of two since shadow arts works with luck (for blocks and stun chance with stun grenades.)

Players basing their builds on not getting blocked/deflected or on critting/not getting critted to win, are the ones bringing this feeling.With stats abusable to a point that some of these builds are perfectly reasonable to use, devs shuldn t have encouraged this gameplay (expecially introducing Arzel gear, but also other weps and cores).I mean, when I know my opponent is going to kill me unless I dont block/deflect, all my strategy turns in "how to get lucky", and this can make many players upset, bucause they dont understand it or because they have the feeling the gameplay has became poor and the battle has lost it s interest.

Okay...how is azreal luck based? The only way I see it is when your strike gets blocked.

At this point I think more Anti Luck cores should be introduced or just stop with implementing more anti/luck base cores all together. (I didn't think that one out in all honestly, and thats probably more game breaking than it is any good.)

@dual Thusters. Arzels are "luck-based" because they give the biggest benefit if used with high strenght, same as war weps.

Just met a guy (SlashKILla 2nd) and he is probably the luckiest guy I've know so far in Omega. Stunned me with his Auxiliary when he used it on Rage which did a critical damage of 44. Lol, he didn't manage to beat me until he got another rage...

I just got blocked four times in a row. Anyone care to explain why that is EVEN POSSIBLE? Especially when I wasn't debuffed and had about only 15 less dexterity than my opponent?

Lower dex =/= you won't block your opponent.

and it also doesn't mean you can't block 4 times in a row.

While the chances are extremely and I mean extremely low it isn't impossible to block 4 times in a row. You just got extremely unlucky there.

Maybe there really should be some kind of limiting factor.

Ex.

-You can only block x times in a row
-You can only deflect x times in a row
Etc.

in other words trying to control the uncontrollable. Oh joy another way to script battles.
