This will serve as the OOC thread for the Cellar Arena.

Uhhhh, hold on. Just how dry IS this place? As long as the bucket can refill it's fine, but that description made it sound drier then a desert >.>

Also his name is John. Joe is being used in my AQ suggestion thread. Name change prevents temporal shenanigans.

The unnatural dryness of the Cellar Arena would affect the operation of your bucket, but not completely prevent it. Simply put, the bucket will fill more slowly than normal while you're inside the Arena, since there's less moisture in the air for it to utilize.

It's going to be fun to see how Is'ira responds to having two potential enemies when she doubts her ability to handle one. And may the odds be ever in MY favor.

Oh, and it wasn't a mistake that I didn't mention the second set of knives. That will come at the beginning of my next post, as my last one ended just after Is'ira fired her Light, and the second knife will reflect in another second. I'm going to incorporate the second knife into my post involving Eyra and the harpoon.

As per Pie's request (and my own desire to see our three remaining competitors), I will not be replying today. As tomorrow is the Fourth of July, I probably won't manage to post until Thursday.

Thank you, Tdub, I was just about to ask about that. Is'ira continues to be ridiculously adorable. No idea how to block orbs of light. Better figure something out. =D

I do have another question, however, for Embrace. Reading your post, it appears that the knife passed over Meoden's shoulder and then he hit the dirt. Gabriel was accounting for Meoden's short size when she threw - her comment about anatomy was in case someone had alien anatomy and their heart was in their left knee or something. Is there something here I am not understanding or was that a mistake?

Legend, I appreciate Erya's underestimating Gabriel and then taking it back. It amused me greatly. Also, I am keeping that harpoon.

... Hey, Pie. Everyone is ganging up on this one person. Isn't it *their* act you need to clean up? =D

There are many words to describe Is'ira. Adorable........ is not one of them.

And, to avoid a potential mistake, they are not orbs, but bolts. They start out narrow, widen in the middle, and the narrow again. They are about eight inches long. Her orbs are a different attack, not one to be used first thing.

Unless I'm misreading, Cellar has the lowest amount of OOC posts, and yet is the first Arena for true fighting to break out. I guess we have jerenda to thank for that. Eh, I guess one cannot earn their lord's favor standing around.

Ah, I see. It's the Light Shot ability. Hmm, that could be dangerous, given how high up Gabriel is. I shall be careful.

Thanks Jerenda for agreeing to pause for a bit... uhh, AQ GD sorta had a big burst of activity today so I'm completely worn out and what I have written is ready yet for an intro post so I'll most likely post tomorrow, maybe tonight if my nap is better.

Also, she IS adorable :D

And it's fine. I don't have a problem with waiting for you, Micosil, and Ronin. Adorable Is'ira is just waiting to get herself killed beat everybody up!
