Zombie Bane Staff(75)'s in-game price shows up as 46128 gold. It should be the 9000-something listed in the 'pedia. My secondary did not appreciate spending some 36 extra thousand gold.

I'm using the latest version of chrome and flash player. The game crashes whenever I press any keys while in any shop, when the items are collapsed. Clicking on "My _____" which displays your weapon/armors/etc will allow you to use keys to quickly access items by name, but if you don't expand your inventory, pressing "A" or "W" or any other key will crash the game and other flash based pages.

Not sure if this is a bug or intended, but the Level 10 version of Airenal's Lance is not available in Ballyhoo's Rewards.

Type of bug (Game crash/blackscreen, glitch, graphical error, typo, etc.): Shop glitch

Bug details: Guardian equipment elementalization shop removed about 26,000,000-30,000,000 of my gold, the count was still going down so I had to refresh to stop it, upon logging back in the gold was still gone and my element hasn't changed.
Before bug occurred: Normal play

During Bug: Shop ate a large chunk of my gold

After bug: Gold gone, no element change on no drops

Shop/War Chest:
Equipment before entering Shop: Deft armor of awe, shield of awe, emerald wizard staff, nerfkitten

@above: that is not a bug. There is now a cost to change your no drop element since it is pretty much a free full armor set. It just takes a very long time for your gold to be taken. By refreshing your browser you caused that process to stop and not finish so it did not change your element. Here is a table that lists the cost per level:

Was just confused as the game said it would cost 26,000,000 and I just did it again, and it took 26,xxx,xxx.

Saw nothing about 44mil. I knew about the charge, maybe the game says the wrong amount?

EDIT: Just checked again, I was definitely charged around 26mil.

Hm. I just checked, and it's working for me.

The process takes away 100,000 gold at a time, due to engine limits. Once it's done with that, it changes your element. You exited the game before it could change your element.

I've refunded your gold. Try again, and just wait for it to finish; hopefully everything will go right this time.

@Heroes: Remember that for that table, you use (Character Level) -5, since the equipment scales to that. So a Lv150 char will use the Lv145 price.

Thanks for that, I logged out because it seemed to go way past the 26mil cost, figured I'd cut my losses and log out. It's all sorted now so thanks again.

Type of bug (Game crash/blackscreen, glitch, graphical error, typo, etc.): Miscounting with the Golden gift Boxes, false opening

Bug details: While I was opening my golden giftboxes, I had 9 and I asked to open 1, and it continued to have the loading symbol for quite some time, so I hit refresh on my computer, and I checked my character page to verify that I still had 9 golden gift boxes to open, because the one that I was going to open and make 8 never opened, but instead of either 8 or 9 boxes, only counting 1, it said that I only had 7 golden giftboxes, essentially taking away 2 of my golden giftboxes, which are worth real money.

Before bug occurred: I had 9 golden giftboxes, and wanted to open 1.

During Bug: the loading symbol would not go away and the box wouldn't open after some time, so I hit refresh and it said that I had 7 instead of 9 giftboxes

After bug: now I only have 7 instead of 9 giftboxes,

Bugged Item: Golden Giftboxes
Equipment worn during bug: Insightful armor of Awe, staff of Awe, Awe shield

not sure if this is a bug or i am just very unlucky but i have opened 93 golden giftboxes had the awe!!! and wartexx shops a few times but not a single soluna pet shop. i have one giftbox left and i was just making sure im not bugged before i open it.

People are reporting that they can find Soluna. I guess you're just unlucky :( *patpats* ~IMR

Can i open the Golden giftbox again if didint buy anything and flash player just bugged when i entered the shop and it was "Golden Rare" but i could't do anything I lost 250 tokens and cant get in to the shop again ;/

Sorry, but you'll have to buy another giftbox and get the Golden shop again. ~IMR

Has this bug been reported before? Unless providing new info please do not duplicate reports. No

Type of bug (Game crash/blackscreen, glitch, graphical error, typo, etc.): Weapon preview going crazy.

Bug details: If you are not part of a Clan and enter the Weapons Shop at the end of the Insult to Injury war the preview alternates between the different versions.
Before bug occurred: Left Clan to test something

During Bug: Entered Shop

After bug: Continued as normal

Shop/War Chest: Insult to Injury War
Equipment before entering Shop: Ep-Pig G, Spear of Awe!!!, Chieftain's Ironthorn

in that z token shop i found that you can buy more than 1 scroll at a time at once from the shop...did that change or does it need to be fixed so that it goes back to one scroll per visit instead of more than one?

i meant in the golden giftbox shop i could buy more than one scroll per visit to said giftbox shop

Double-post merged. If you open a box and don't buy anything from the shop, then you can buy two items the next time you open a box and get that same shop. ~IMR

Not sure where to post...

I was absent for more than a month...
found out about them Golden Gift Boxes, that were supposed to be given to characters that were guardians once per month + 2 more...
I logged in today, but when I got to Valencia, she gave me the "Buy gift box" dialog instead, meaning I have no gift boxes at all...

Is it possible to give me them 3 giftboxes, or is there some reason why I got none?

I believe you had to be playing the game to receive the free boxes.
All inactive players received none.

But you should have gotten one for this month after logging in.

The shop for Cpt. Briggs is not letting me purchase the Guardian Scargiver(76).

It's working for me. Were you able to duplicate it (close the shop and then access it again)? ~IMR

EDIT: I just went through the quest again and was able to purchase it this time. I guess it was just a one time thing, it might just have been that my internet become temporarily disconnected when I loaded the shop. I remember I was having some connectivity issues that day.

If you've opened a lot of giftboxes and not purchased anything from them the next time you open a box you can purchase multiple times until your purchase amount equals your unused boxes amount.

By that I mean lets say you open 10 boxes in total and only bought 1 item from the 10 boxes. That leaves you with 9 unused boxes so the next time you open a box you can buy something 9 times from it plus the 1 from the current box for 10 purchases. It doesn't matter when or how long ago you opened it but you can continue to buy from the same box until your purchases equal your unused boxes amount.
