First priority should be getting all house locations equal!

Then, allow us to attack/defend on paxia using GT/MWP!

Houses in Warpforce? Okay that sounds good.

There was a preview of personal starships during the WF beta. Now it seems to be gone. Maybe that was the base for WF "housing" system.

Communism is a great system.
Everyone in Cuba lives in as nice of a house (mansion) that Fidel lives in.

Regarding game cross-overs, I thought of something really stupid that I could add.
It would be possible (and easy to do) to add a "chat" feature to AQ and WF where your own characters to talk to each other, as long as you had both games running in open browsers on the same computer.
Anybody want that?

I would prefer that the museum on my estate is given a purpose.

Though it doesn't serve a big purpose, I still want it. Chat feature FTW

I for one like both of the ideas the captain has given us.

Instead of in Game chat with yourself how about creating a Portal to the Warpforce so in times of war we could both ask for help.

Communism is a great system, it's when it changes from communism to a dictatorship that problems arise.

And that would be really stupid. Aside from the insane who would actually use that? I mean, you'd be talking to yourself, and worse yet you'd be responding to yourself. They do say that talking to oneself is a sign of insanity, after all.

Ok, well at first I thought along the same lines as everyone else, " LOL, paranoia starts setting in from hearing voices arguing over shared resources." But then I got to thinking, Hmmm maybe this could be some kind of system where maybe one of our alternate personalities, lol, could request help temporarily giving some kind of generic damage guest of our opposite character, or maybe even give us some kind of heads up on certain aspects of the other game we may have otherwise missed. Heck these could even be randomly drawn from the forums(or maybe have a contest for, hehe) of things people really enjoy about the other game and placed on a kind of list that is sent to the other character one scrap at a time through this system. The possibilities of this kind of element added to the game are limited only by our own imaginations.

Have fun and keep up the good work...

The most welcome function of museums for me would be a possibility of storing "commemorative items", i.e. items you don't want to use any more but you also don't want to sell them. Putting them into a museum would remove them from your inventory permanently but the memory of having it (a pic and some text) would last.

Another function a museum could hold could be a guest book - a log of visitors who managed to get past your house guards (maybe along with a list of those who tried but were unsuccessful).

Hagen: Or both...:)
The Museum can be accessable by the visitors, and they can see our commemorative items. Then, the Guest Book will show his or her name.

I like the idea of a guest log, but don't think it should be a museum feature. The commemorative items idea is fine...

Still haven't heard what the Captain (or anyone else) thinks about being able to use GT/MWP to attack/defend on paxia.

IMO it would be nice have a use for my MWP and all my resources in between wars, which now seem to be much less common.

But then we wouldn't have a use for Storage Building N, which would be the same as Storage Building to Storage Building N-1, except it would cost even more Z-tokens ....

Because the paxia defenses are continuous, people would get less xp and gold from using GT/MWP...also many people would care more about 1-time only wars. As a result many people would still want to save their resources for wars and would use storage building (2).

I was thinking and houses could include that minigame which temporaly increase dex in wars (specially the expensive ones ) by adding an arrow or a button to the bottom right it could be from the past wars like some gnomes to the forest stone cottage

Hmm let me spit my opinion as wel . .

Sharing recourses or having a chat or anyting else with WF is not really something i need.
I don't play WF and this game is about AQ and not WF.

I would love to see some use to the musuem.
To be able to place your rares there what you don't really use.
And if you want to use them you can "buy" them back out of storage for 100 gold or something else really low and cheap.

A guest book would also be super coowl.

And maybe more estate plots or even better.
A second house.
Now i can only have a darkovia house but i would love a frostvale house aswel.

Then you can just easyily buy all the buildings there are.

Even more Z tokens that are needed to be bought.

So cap i hope you will think about a second house. .
No double buildings ofcourse.

Only the one's that are not in your original house.

For the museum I really like captain`s original idea of being able to level up weapons. If the museum was only used to store items you don`t use it would really piss me off because I bought the stupid thing the day it came out. Just being able to store useless junk would really only be good for pack rats.

Only being able to level up items seems to be too little.
After all the last time he spoke about upgrading to a higher version, not about increasing the level of already maxed levels.
And nowadays you're just going to buy the highest level version.
It might be interesting for the lower leveled players, but on the other hand how many of them have an estate with the necessary items?

Some bunch of high lvl players are keepeng some low lvl RARE items in their storages (e.g. lesser versio of PlatinumEedge), wonder how fun it would be to upgrade them to their max-versio. Also (lets think post sweep): Some player buys lesser Asgardian (dunno would it be still named to valhallan after sweeped) and then when he/she finaly reaches lvl120, it is lot faster & easier to just upgrade that item to greater versio in your museum. Get what I mean?

Sure, but that's already a decent accumulation of ifs.
It would be fun, but it also seems a bit limited.
Well we'll see soon in month eventually what the function is.
Seeing the time since it's release I'm expecting a big surprise.
After all if it was just an upgrade system it wouldn't be that hard to finish.

If I remember correctly captain was talking about actually leveling up weapons, not upgrading them to a higher leveled version. He mentioned something about using artifacts that certain monsters will drop.

Those functions do not contradict each other and may well unlock at different levels of the museum!

I think that for rare collectors the "commemorative" function will be important enough that they would gladly pay a small fee like 10-20 tokens for storing an item. Leveling items up, guestbooks and viewing all the owned pictures as a gallery are other possibilities. Really the fully upgraded museum consumes a lot of resources so its functions can be numerous.
For example it could work like this:

  • Level 1: Allows viewing all the owned paintings as a gallery.
  • Level 2: Adds a guestbook. It could contain up to 20 names (and faces) of players who tried to visit the house recently, along with notes like "Bobby, defeated 3 guards, stopped by Nefarius" or "Nobby, defeated all the guards."
  • Level 3: Allows putting weapons into "commemorative items" list.
  • Level 4: Allows putting misc items into "commemorative items" list.
  • Level 5: Allows putting shields into "commemorative items" list.
  • Level 6: Allows putting armors into "commemorative items" list.
  • Level 7: Allows putting pets into "commemorative items" list.
  • Level 8: Allows putting spells into "commemorative items" list.
  • Level 9: Allows putting house items (pictures, guards, buildings) into "commemorative items" list.
  • Level 10: Gives a possibility to level up some items.

Yeah it's quite a lot of things. Maybe our Captain should hire a boatswain to help him coding all those wonderful things?

How come you can say that some item gategory would be anyhow "higher" in lvl tiering ? Wouldnīt that be more better to be base ability? And as you lvl-up that more items you could put in "commemorative items list".

Arenīt those avaible to look already?
