Hello, i have a problem with my master account, I have got over 5000 battleon points and im trying to get the 3 months membership and 6k acs for AQW, but when I try to buy it...nothing happens, help?


Try clearing cache, refresh the page, delete cookies if you have them and if none of that works, reply back on this post and I'll get some links together to give you.~Dnw

How much Battleon Points would I get from a $20 Ultimate GameCard and a $30 Ultimate GameCard?


If you select the 10000 POINT package, and then redeem both your cards when doing the payment,
you will receive 10000 points plus a bonus 260 free points. ~Rhubarb

I need help about unlinking game. Well, my friend wants to buy membership for her friends through battleon points (apparently, there reason is that they are CLOSE friend, i guess it a girl thing). Now, she wants to unlink it but she cant. Help

P.S: she is also my friend and she is too lazy to find the forum and post the thread so she asked me

Dear INaruto15, Show your friend This help pageTell her that the specific unlink/link instructions are located on the link that I have provided. Please note that earlier mention was that Unlinking an upgraded account according to Capt.Rhubarb may not be an available option. There was a question in here that states (probably the page before or so) the reasoning for such.

EDIT: Um well, here the thing. I gonna call the girl who try to unlink the account A and the girl who own the account B.

Well, Girl B wants to have and mem quick to get some rare stuff in the game (i think it is AQW) so girl A says she gonna use her current battleon points to upgrade it and girl B will pay her back (and she did). So technically, i dont think that counts as trading, share or sell account under any form, so is there a way cuz my friend seems desperate.

 Ask both friends to contact the help team, and explain what happened.

We are working on an official trade system to allow players to trade leftover or unspent points.
Not sure when that will be ready.

ehh my master account...got deleted or somthing, i keep entering the correct info. and it says its wrong. THEN i go to the lost password, enter my email adress and then is says : that it cant be found. THEN i logg into my email account and it says the email adress was changed!!!! so...my master account just got hacked...

I just bought a Gamecard, and redeemed it on the Battleon Portal Website. It says 'The card system is not responding. Please try again in a few minutes.' Does this mean that my card isn't working, or is the system just down? If so, when will it be back online?


It sounds like the card system may be having technical difficulties. If this problem continues, let us know on this thread and I'll get you some useful help links.!~dnw

Are we allowed to make a Master Account Suggestion Thread? Because I had an idea for a Master Account Minigame where you are asked various AE Trivia, plus I want to suggest that we revamp the Ebilgames somewhat and add them to it.

Umm, my sister wants to play HeroSmash. But, HeroSmash opens with our master account, right? Well, the thing is...my sister paid DA via my Master Account. Now, I keep telling her that she'll need to wait for Beta. Any help for this?

Oh, I'm also a DA Holder and she is also. I see there would be some mixed-up problems.

I have a problem. I can't access my old master account because i forgot the password, but the problem is that i made a new master account with the same email. Now whenever i ask to have my old account info to be sent to my email i only receive information regarding my new account. Basically the system doesn't send me information about my old masters account because it was made with the same email. Please help me!

EDIT: SORRY fixed this issue by checking my email for the new password i was given

DNW,when i put the tranaction ID in
it
says:
"Cannot Find Account"


One of the Moderators has suggested that you contact manually rather than use the automated recovery. ~Dnw

please .. I recently bought on the battleon point 2000 through UltimateGameCard $10. i redeem it and successful but my portal point is not increased. do I have to wait long for it? : '(
i trying to redeem it again but id said "this card has already been redeemed" but my point do not increased.. I'm confused....
please help...

I already get my BP after 13 hours ... but Sky-NET shop is gone ... while I intend to spend that BP to acs in aqw so i can buy items from that shop .. can you help me ...? i want to buy M-1000


Well the thing is, I don't have any in-game power so I cannot assist you in getting the items you wanted. (I didn't even know there was a skynet shop to be honest with you) But I've been informed that unless staff have said it's gone for good, there's a possibility that the shop will return again at some unknown timeframe. (Example easter questing only comes once per year) ~Dnw

There's a few things you can do, You can purchase the gift certificates at Heromart.com, You can select surveys or watch video's in your area. Or you can go find a gift card of Artix Entertainment somewhere around where you live. hope this helps. Dnw

With the redeem points from a card, i was bored and typed a random code in, and managed to be able to get points. I did NOT accept it, as i did NOT know if i would get in trouble. Would i get in trouble for using it? i most likely wouldn't because it is not the right thing to do.

 Sirshark10,

The actual verify of the correct code happens after you click the final submit button.
That in-between screen just displays the amount of Points that go with the type of card you typed in a random number for.

 Yes, you click next, and then you'd get an "invalid code" message.

It's helpful for when you might have a code written down, losing the original card, and haven't used it yet.
Or just want to find out what the code was originally for.

Different code formats, and codes for different countries, might be different amounts of Points.

Even though I have multiple Guardians, 6 DA's, 6 SC's, a few months of AQW membership and have bought Z-Tokens, it's still saying my master account isn't eligible for Dark Vengeance and The Ultimate in HeroSmash. Any idea why that might be? D:

^ Your HS account needs 49.95 spent on it to get the Ultimate, and Dark Vengeance I think you need to buy founder. (Either HS smashcoins or AQW upgrade.)

A question.

I can't...well use my already made ED account on the Master Account, and i don't feel like creating a whole new character since my ED character is an Alpha one...
Plus i wanted to buy Varium for my character but can't since it has to be used with the Master Account, so what do i now? i can't link my character to ED and i don't feel like creating a new one...it'd make me feel really sad...
So i'd just like to know what i should do.
