Hello everybody,
I got a question about the sellphone payment. I used to get 500 points on the master account system now i only get 300,
And want to buy a 3 month membership and the plus 6000 coins and that would cost me 15 Euro (I live in the Netherlands), and now with
the 500 lowered to 300 I am supposed to pay 20,- Euro !!!! that's a pretty big difference, especially since it is with my sellphone, That should mean that
i would go over my maximum that i'm allowed to use a month for my sellphone... I dont know if this has anything to do with the current Valuta changes, or that
I leveled up my master account system to LVL 2~... If possible send me a PM about this .

why if i put my code from sms in my master acount i win only 300 points???why not 500 to pass to aqw like 500 coins???

is there any way to get points for accounts you upgraded before the master account system came out?

i upgraded my aq worlds account twice (3 months for both of them), and bought 5000 ac's one time, and it would be nice to get credit for them

i still have the transaction id's for all three of them, in case they are needed...

Is there a way to purchase points at portal.battleon.com using Ultimate game card in Canada?
Also if not when I try to buy a upgrade for Dragon Amulet using a Canadian Ultimate Game card it shows i have to pay $22.69, so therefore I have to buy 2 $20 Ultimate Game cards for 1 upgrade, even though I can get 6, I do not want to use that much, so AE I have a proposal:
When someone uses a US Ultimate Game Card give them a upgrade with a bit more elite game currency and a CAN Ultimate Game Card user the default low elite currency with the upgrade, or,
A US Ultimate Game Card upgrade with default amount of elite game currency and a CAN a upgrade and no amount of elite game currency.

AE That is the obstacle I am facing trying to upgrade my Account as the stores that sell the AE Upgrade cards are a bit too far for me to go.
Also, if you followed my first Idea I think your sales of Upgrades would increase almost definitely.

My friend got an upgrade card , made an master account , put the points on it , however the aqw account is linked to MY master account , which has already been upgraded, so it cannot be unlinked.
So what can i do , to get the points on my master account ?
Or any other solutions ?

 I was wondering if people who have purchased an upgrade in any of the AE games prior to the creation of the point system for the master account will be rewarded any points?
I also wondered if you can create multiple epic duel characters on 1 account.

Please reply AE staff.

We added UGC as a payment method to the portal site yesterday!

If you link a game account to your Master account, then that account is supposed to be YOUR game account.
If you spend points on that game account, then it is definitely YOUR account, and can not be unlinked.
Ask your friend to create a new AQW game account all his own.

No, older purchases will not earn any Battleon Points.
Older purchases may someday earn "Gamer XP" which helps level up your master account.
Currently, EpicDuel can only handle one character per account. Titan may add that someday.

But it says i need 21.93 CAN dollars to pay for it, so, what do you think I should do? Use one game card and it will earn me enough points to upgrade?
Also know when the AE upgrade cards will be available for sale in Toys"R"Us in Canada?
Please help staff, as me upgrading will also support you guys and the community better.

Well, I am with a big, HUGE problem, about to a week and a few days ago, I brought 11K of points, the payment way I used takes 5 days to the payment reach AE, exacly a week ago, I recived an e-mail from PayByCash, saying they recived my payment, but they were having complications for AE acept the payment, and I haven't got my points, I would like to know to who I talk to solve the problem...

EDIT:
Forget it, I just got my points...


EDIT:
We had a temporary bug affecting PayByCash and specifically the 11000 Point Package.
It's been fixed, and everyone should have gotten their missing Points. ~Rhubarb

I wasn't sure where to post this but,is there any $25 upgrade cards in america?I'm going to use it so i can get 5000 points for the AQW 3 month mems and 6k acs offer.Or can u tell them u wanna charge it for $25?

 To get at least 5000 points, it's necessary to buy two Artix $20 game cards.
You'll get 4000 points for each card, and then you can spend your leftover Points however you wish.


You might also try using Rixty.
With Rixty you can pay $25 worth of coins at a Coinstar machine, and get a Rixty receipt worth $25.
Then use the $20 and $5 trade in option on our site to get 4000 and 1000 points.

What does leveling do atm?

Also, I'm trying to retrieve my hacked MQ account, and I was wondering, which option is for Birthday Certificate or do I have to wait 3 days in hope that he doesn't delete my Skullcrusher and Selphuchure mechs?

ok confused here....

at first
1000 bp's = 4 euro's
then it was
900 Bp's = 4 euro's
now again
1000 bp's = 4 euro"s

what is happening?


EDIT: The number of Points you get can change when the US Dollar versus Euro exchange rate changes.

 Well I have a problem, I want to unlink my epicduel account because I want to replace it with the other account I created for epicduel like a switch but this I want to upgrade myself but I had the wrong master account and character which are blocking me to upgrade ,AE I want you to fix this before this week I am not going to get that bike from epicduel!

 At present, an EpicDuel account IS a Master Account. What is preventing you from upgrading the correct account?

Can i use my master account to sent points to another player? in few words, can i transfer money to other user, for him/her be available to buy upgrades?
