How about AirStrider??? (I am into Lord of the Rings and Strider, you know a Ranger) and it could have Ranger arms that increase accuracy and the body can be like, the mech goes up to the enemy, kicks it 4 times for MASSIVE damage, then grabs him and throws him(or her) up into the air then punches him back down to the ground for even more damage! But this move only comes when you have 25% or less damage....

This is a NAMING thread, the mecha is already COMPLETE, the only thing missing is a NAME

Im worried about doing AirStrider because the first SCMM was the Strider, and AirStrider would sorta be taken

Yeah, I don't think airstrider would be very appropriate in terms of mechs, or ANYTHING, as there has already been the strider.

well since it is a defensive mech... vanguard

edit: oh nvm someone already suggested it.. well i vote for vanguard then

more names
-rampart, bastion, phalanx, spearhead, providence

korin was also looking for mech theme ideas, i would like some mechs that arnt bipedal for once, maby something on wheels or quadrupeds, or maby even an animal

I vote Vanguard it's the best name thats in this thread.

Edit: Lol I just checked what vanguard actually means and I'm not so sure anymore of naming the mech as that though it does sound better than anything else in this thread
