@MirageD: I, too, am hopeful for future ED releases and staff communication based on NW's post. We'll all just have to wait and see, though... @psi: I am honored that you took all that time to do your research .... to find out that I am highly critical of the game. (I coulda saved you the hassle, though, if you just woulda asked lol.) The thing is, there aren't any stipulations that forum members need to post "positive" things to be members. It is my firm belief that some of the changes in this game are a direct result of people complaining and giving negative feedback. Of course, your entitled to think the exact opposite. However, until Titan or NW say otherwise, our opinions on the matter are just, well, opinions. I will go on being critical of the game when it's warranted, because I believe that, collectively, us naysayers are a catalyst for the Devs to step up and improve the game, be it communication, balance, or release times. For you, it's perfectly clear that you and others think that complaining has no value, and that praise is the only way for players to motivate the devs to "do better." And that's great. You're entitled to your opinion, as am I. And judging by real-life experience, we're probably both right. Growing up, I know at work when I mess up and hear it from a customer, and perhaps later from my boss, it motivated me to get better, to not make that same mistake again. On the other hand, when I did do something right and got praised for it, that also motivated me to continue to do well. Really, then, we're talking about motivation. What drives the devs to improve communication, to release on-time updates, and to further the game in general? Is it positive or negative reinforcement? Is it what I think, what you think, or something in between? Like I said before, no one knows except them. As such, let's just agree to disagree and not get to worked up about it. Fair enough?
