Quite the contrary, actually. While the bill is focused mostly on only piracy, it also bangs down on "unissued use of copywrited information." This means, that a reference that AE uses, such as Cinderella stated, the Lawman is a reference to a singer, which, I don't know, but if he is copywrited would be on the grounds for unissued use. Along with that, like Cysero said, MANY celebrities copywrite their name, so if one person, or more, which is bound to happen uses a celebrity fan account, or fan club, they are at stake for penalty. Now, the changes are the bill is NOT going to go in place, so we have nothing to worry about, but if it does it could crash hard on everyone. practel,....sorry but you are so wrong....the bill, in it's intention is to ban websites that illegally present copyrighted information, for fee or for free.....it does not intend to squelch sites like AE for using "jokes" in reference to well known inferences i am against the bill, personally, because the lines are fuzzy on how one would enforce it .....but i'm also against ppl presenting erroneous threats to the ppl that the law wouldn't effect
