Hi woodwoodlee All you can do is email the HelpTeam and give them the information they need for you to get your account back. Make sure you use an email you do own and use it to email them. In the description box, tell them the situation about you forgetting your original email address and that you have forgotten your password to the account. Some extra information which may prove your ownership over the Artix Account, is the approximate date you created the account and previous passwords which you may have remembered for the account. Other than that there's not much else we can do to help you woodwoodlee as we're normal players and not AE Staff Members. If you have any other questions or issues, I suggest it's best if you refer to the HelpPages as it's against the EpicDuel Discussion Forum Rules to post Game Account issues in the General Discussion thread. quote:
