I put down Alternative Links, for some reason Tiny pic seems to fail on me sometimes.

Maybe they plan to give us a boost in level and charging did you use fresh start or anything? Also report it to the bug tracker just in case.

Yes, he is very difficult to encounter and he will be permanent rare in January 2015. Wait a minute, you got Time Gentleman without SG on first try!?

I was searching for a monster called "Tyrant Moose" , then this guy showed up and i didn't even bother to use an sg to this guy cuz i thought he would show up regularly

Tyrant Moose is way too extremely difficult to encounter as some even took more than a month to finally encounter a single Tyrant Moose but the possession rate is very high. Time Gentleman is also very hard to encounter but he is fairly quite easier to encounter than Tyrant Moose. However, Time Gentleman's possession rate isn't high and so far not a single player manage to possess him without SG. Axel took 30 tries and yet couldn't successfully possess Time Gentleman without SG.

Easy? He uses a Boss Deck, try Defeating him in a higher lvl you'll see what I mean.
