I apparently have a forum account under a different email that I forgot about, or that was made by someone else with my email without my consent, and would like it to be deleted. Is there anyone who could do this if I PM'd them the email?

You can

Lady_Tomo for asking about your (another) forum account issue if it can be solved.

Otherwise, you can try to

Scakk or stratos for the same reason.
