Attack Type 2 - Shield bashes his target for 1 hit of 100% Melee Evil damage; applies 'Shields Up' (+[100+Y] Block/Parry/Dodge, +[25+Y] All Resist, -[25+Y] Health Resist) to himself for 4 turns. [Pop-up: Achilles: 'After you.' (Target Def/Avd over 100)]
Attack Type 3 - Fires a beam of doom energy for 2 hits of 150% Melee Evil damage, amounting to 300% damage; applies 'Doom Pierce' (a 25% damage Pierce Null DoT) to the target for 5 turns.
  • If Achilles completed his first three rotations, 'Doom Pierce' will instead become a 8.5% damage Pierce Null DoT and its duration is increased to 6 turns.
Attack Type 4 - Stabs and shield bashes his target for 2 hits of 100% Melee Evil damage, amounting to 200% damage; applies 'Off-balance' (-[25+X] Bonus, -[25+X]% Boost) to target for 4 turns.
  • If Achilles completed his first three rotations, the duration of 'Off-balance' is reduced to 3 turns.
Attack Type 5 - Summons doom spikes to its target for 7 hits of 85.7% Melee Evil damage, amounting to 600% damage; applies 'Sympathetic Misfortune' (-[75+X] LUK) to target for 4 turns inclusive.
  • If Achilles completed his first three rotations, the duration of 'Sympathetic Misfortune' is increased to 5 turns inclusive.
Attack Type 6 - Blasts his target with doom energy for 1 hit of 200% Melee Evil damage; applies 'Doom Burst' (-[10+Y] All Resist, +[10+Y] Health Resist) to target for 3 turns inclusive.
  • If Achilles completed his first three rotations, the duration of 'Doom Burst' is increased to 6 turns inclusive.
Attack Type 7 - Stabs and shield bashes his target for 2 hits of 100% Melee Evil damage, amounting to 200% damage; applies 'Off-center' (-[100+Y] Crit) to target for 4 turns.
  • If Achilles completed his first three rotations, the duration of 'Off-center' is increased to 6 turns.
Attack Type 8 - Unleashes a massive blast of doom energy for 4 hits of 160% Melee Evil damage, amounting to 640% damage; applies 'Overwhelmed' (-[100+Y] Melee/Pierce/Magic) to target for 5 turns inclusive; applies 'Overexertion' (-10 All Resist, +10 Health Resist) to himself for 5 turns.
  • If Achilles completed his first three rotations, the duration of 'Overwhelmed' is increased to 6 turns.
  • On its fifth and subsequent use or if Patroclus was defeated in Never Apart, this attack will instead deal 4 hits of 1,000% Melee Evil damage, amounting to 4,000% damage. (Pop-up: Achilles: 'You still stand? Then I shall unleash my all!')
Attack Type 9 - Drains and shield bashes his target for 3 hits of 100% Melee Evil damage, amounting to 300% damage; applies 'Spears Up' (+[50+X] Bonus, +[50+X]% Boost) for 7 turns inclusive and 'Shields Up' (+[100+2Y] Block/Parry/Dodge, +[25+2Y] All Resist, -[25+2Y] Health Resist) to Achilles for 7 turns.

Other information
  • X is the number of times Achilles' hits have connected while affected by 'Spears Up' and Y is the number of times Achilles has been hit while affected by 'Shields Up'.
  • Achilles initially follows one of the two following rotations, which is dependent on the player's Melee/Pierce/Magic and Block/Parry/Dodge:
    • [1] If one of the player's defenses (Melee/Pierce/Magic and Block/Parry/Dodge) is greater than 100, Attack Type 1 -> Attack Type 3 -> Attack Type 4 -> Attack Type 5; this rotation can be indicated through his glowing helmet, spear and arm.
    • [2] If one of the player's defenses (Melee/Pierce/Magic and Block/Parry/Dodge) is less than 100, Attack Type 2 -> Attack Type 6 -> Attack Type 7 -> Attack Type 8; this rotation can be indicated through his shield.
  • If Achilles completes any of the above rotations three times, he will enrage and follow the skill rotation; Attack Type 9 -> Attack Type 6 -> Attack Type 3 -> Attack Type 7 -> Attack Type 5 -> Attack Type 4 -> Attack Type 8 -> Repeat. (Pop-up: Achilles: 'Enough games.')
  • If Patroclus was defeated in Never Apart, Achilles will use Attack Type 9 once and immediately uses his enraged rotation. (Pop-up: Achilles: 'Unending torment upon you, fiend!.')
