 A list of items ( Weapons/Armors/Spells/Guests/Pets/Shields/Miscs ) that specifically
boost END > END/CHA > END/INT > END/LUK > CHA/INT > CHA/LUK > INT/LUK

Do we have a Shield with END Drive?

Do Guests/Pets heal you more depending on your CHA investment + ( ??/full ) END?

Also, a list of Guests that can heal your SP other than Call/Summon Mosquito?

The only shields I know of are Porcelain Protector and the Light/Dark variants, Bronze Bulwark/Bone China Bulwark.
Unfortunately they are from rare AQ Anniversary Limited Time Shops.

The two SP heal guests I could find:
Call Void Awakening Skull. It costs a UR GGB, some don't think it's worth it.
The other guest is part of Werepyre subrace, Level 5: Summon Wolfbat Swarm.

There are quite a lot of items that could potentially fulfull your request, making it hard to narrow down the best ones to mention. The easiest way to handle this would be to use the lequipment indices that @Ward_Point created in the AQ Info Submission section. Downloading and filtering these indices will allow you to narrow down the ones that fit your criteria. The indices will be particularly helpful with regards to miscs. The misc item page on the Wiki also offers a number of competitive options. Based on the stats you're looking for, I think the Necromancer miscs will be of particular interest; they boost your INT/CHA by 50 and END by 30. There's also Protocea (+50 END/CHA) and Unbound Revelation which boosts STR/INT/END or DEX/END/CHA (All +50), though you have to toggle between the two modes.

Healing Pets/Guests heal based on CHA. However, END does modify HP healing as a minor effect, so the stat will boost Pet/Guest HP healing capabilities. @Kuroneko Alchemist highlighted the main SP healing Guests.
