 Analysis
 
 Average (as in, not defensive/not offensive) armour, so it starts off as 220% Base/Rand and 276% Stats damage, with +5 BTH.  However, you get two additional elemental attacks, so all attacks with the armour deal 85% damage as a compression penalty.
