1. Guide Topic: Alchemy Guide including both Health and Mana Alchemy
2. Why I feel this guide is essential: Alchemy always is and was very usefull throughout the game but some tend to have problems with it. This guide should help them clearing everything out and be successful in mastering Alchemy and thus strengthening their potions.
3. Do I wish my guide to be locked if not approved? Yes, After many checks I see nothing that could be changed. If not approved this time I will await the result of the other alchemy guide and allow that one to continue.

Note:I started on this guide whle already an Alchemy guide was in pending. It was rather inactive and out of date back then so I planned to make my own. My apologies if this causes trouble or confusion.

Since nobody objects and the other alchemy guide is not showing any changes, I will move this guide to the guides section. ~Therril Oreb 02/02/2012

2. Why I feel this guide is essential: There aren't a guide for these classes so it will be a big help for players, especially the newer ones since CCA is a great class to newb(no offence)
3. Do I wish my guide to be locked if not approved? Yes, this is my third try and I think that's all the information that I can add into the guide.

The guide looks good, but it misses the level 80 stats still so that should be added.
Also, the rule for a guide states that 75% must be original information, but skill sets and class images are all to be found in the Pedia.
Unless you give seperate information about the skills explaining what use they could be in a fight, I can't allow it to stay there.

Change the things I mentioned and it will be approved.
Remember to just edit your post here when you are finished. I didn't lock your thread since I am sure you can work out what I just mentioned ;)

What has changed since the last time I asked for approval? Removed the skill sets Added the battle tip section and added the lvl 80 stats. The introduction of the skills somehow merged with the strategy.
Update: The stats are also corrected.
How does this make my guide better? Players who read this guide does not need to scroll up and see what the skill does and there is a reason why this skill is good/bad.

 Guide: All you need to know about ChronoCorruptor
1. Guide Topic: Anything and everything that can help a growing ChronoCorruptor!

Why I feel this guide is essential: All Classes should have a proper Guide (Especially since the similarities and differences between ChronoCorruptor and Chronomancer may confuse some people), and I am confident that this one will answer any questions a user of ChronoCorruptor (Or person wishing to know more about the Class) could possibly have.
3. Do I wish my guide to be locked if not approved? No.

Note: Rolith expressed his discontent with ChronoCorruptor, from what I've heard. If that is the case and the Abilities are altered in any way, Shaiyal and I will be happy to update the Guide.

Since the only other Guide on ChronoCorruptor was deleted and there isn't any opposition, I will approve the All you need to know on ChronoCorruptor Guide. Guide approved and moved! -Faerdin

Guide not approved. Various pieces of information (Mostly in the section regarding the Mage Skill Set) were borrowed from the DF Encyclopedia, and this should not be the case. In addition, since the Guide is meant to cover everything related to Mage, it may be wise to brief the reader on underused Classes the way you have others like Doom Knight and SoulWeaver (Such as Ninja, Pirate, and Ranger). This way, the reader will have as much information as possible. -Faerdin

How does this make my guide better? This won't players reading this guide saying things like "Hey, I still got 10 more stats to spend!". Trying to make the players as not confusing as possible.

2. Why I feel this guide is essential: Aside of it being a joke class, its offense and defense are better than Dragonlord's. Yet, not many people knows how to use this class in the right way.

2. Why I feel this guide is essential: Since nobody has made a guide for this and there were many questions on completing it, I decided to make a guide on how to complete it.

Guide not approved.
While Guides may be helpful and/or necessary when dealing with particularly complex or confusing Quests (Such as the 100 Room Dungeon or Togicide Quests), I feel that Brightmist Tower is fairly straightforward. It is essentially a less difficult version of Blackwyn Tomb (I believe Ghost said this in one of his earlier Design Notes posts concerning the creation of the Tower of Brightmist), and Blackwyn Tomb can be solved easily enough. If one has difficulty, they can always refer to the DF Encyclopedia for assistance. To sum things up, there simply isn't enough to Brightmist Tower for a full Guide to be created for it.

Guide not approved.
As is dictated by the Rules of the Dragonfable Pending Guides Forum, 75% of all information included in a Guide must be completely original. This is why Class Guides, particularly those concerning the Base Classes, are a formidable undertaking from the beginning. The majority of this Guide is made up of the Warrior Skillset, and a great deal more information should be offered, else a player could simply look through the DF Encyclopedia to find what they need.
In addition, since this Guide concerns the Warrior Base Class, it would be for the best if information applicable to players of all levels was included. This would mean adding Stat Builds for players below level 30 and including more thorough information on Classes usable by Warriors. Warrior Equipment should also be expanded upon, as Warriors may require more than Weapons for their arsenal and seek an expert opinion.
On a final note, Credits should be more specific (What did these Forum Members contribute toward your Guide?) and your banner exceeds the amount of pixels allowed, which is 500x500. Best of luck when working on this Guide in the future, good sir. -Faerdin

 Guide: Bonus and Resistance Guide (Previous version by Amboo)
1. Guide Topic: A listing of all DF accessories based on the bonuses/resistances that they give
2. Why I feel this guide is essential: Update of a guide that's been inactive for a long time. Useful as a reference for people that want to adjust their equipment with the maximum amount of a bonus/resistance whenever they need to that they feel will improve their play
3. Do I wish my guide to be locked if not approved? No
4. Extra information or notes: None I can think of

Before I can approve this, I want to ask you 1 thing and suggest 1 thing that might improve the userfriendlyness of the guide.
Will this only hold accessories or will you add weapons later on? Since the previous guide did have weapons also in it so asuming you remade and updated the guide, not putting weapons in it does make a difference since it too is an important part of the quipment.
I would also advice a different way for us to quickly move in the guide. Right now, I have to click the link, which opens in a new tab/window for me, then it takes quite a bit to load and since the elemental resistances are grouped together in 3 parts, I have to scroll all the way up to the correct element I want.

You don't have to add weapons, but I would highly recomend you change the moving through the guide system. Using tags and ctrl+f system being used in most guides would be a lot better (you can check other guides if you are not certain). You can edit your post here with your final answer and a DF Guides AK will then give a decision.

EDIT: I actually have a search function in place right now, though I may wish to make it more transparent that each of the bonuses is surrounded by {} (listed right above where the links are). I wasn't planning on adding weapons, since most of the time that changes based on what you want to use offensively. It also would make some of the posts (Crit especially) overflow since the majority of the ~4000 weapons have a lot of similar stats

2. Why I feel this guide is essential: This guide will make it easier to find any Dragon Amulet item that a player may be looking for (or just look to see which items are DA only) without having to search through a lot of different guides.
3. Do I wish my guide to be locked if not approved? No
4. Extra information or notes: I just felt that other players might find this guide helpful, especially if (like me) they don't always have time to search through several guides to find good DA items.

Just like in the approval request above, I would advise a different moving through the guide system. Though the loading time is less long, you still open in a different tab or window.
Aside from that, everything seems to be in order and following the rules. So if you do not wish to change the moving trough the guide system, just edit it in this post here and a DF Guides AK will handle the approval of the guide.

Edit: Since the way I use for moving through my guide is not against the rules, and other guides do use the same way; I think I will leave it the way it is. I believe I do explain how to use Control+F to look for specific items...in the About This Guide section...if not, I will add it since I planned to have it in the guide anyway.

2. Why I feel this guide is essential: As a returning player after several years, I found myself overwhelmed by the number of new quests . . . and wondering what order they belonged in for the story to make sense.
3. Do I wish my guide to be locked if not approved? No. I wish to improve it.
4. Extra information or notes: 1. I don't think I have all the most recent walkaround quests (I have none from Aika Village; there may be other areas with walkaround quests that weren't listed in the A-Z Locations, Quests, Wars & Events guide I used) 2. I do plan on including seasonal/holiday/special-event quests, but I haven't gotten that far yet. If final approval depends on including these, then I'll just get busy adding them now. Otherwise I think I'll wait a day or two, just to let my vision clear (I've been staring at this for nearly a week . . . everything's all black-and-white lines of text). 3. Whether or not it gets approved, Alina seems to think it was useful. Got a pm just after I posted it. It's been tweaked a bit now, though.

While the Dragonfable Quest Guide is currently being revamped, I believe both Guides can coexist peacefully (The Quest Guide contains specific details on Quests and lists them in an A-Z format while this Guide lists them in chronological order). This guide is best for helping people searching for classes in the DF Encyclopedia so they can decide which is the best classes for them or which classes suite them most. I have updated it with the latest classes.

This guide was originally make Archmagus Orodalf ( Original Guide Link ) in DF Encyclopedia : Classes and Ability Section. And was taken over by Therril and next it was taken over by me.

One minor note would be that, as the original owner of this Guide, ArchMagus Orodalf should be credited as the Original Owner while Therril Oreb should be credited as a Previous Owner. The main issue, however, is that A-Z Abilities and an Overview of Classes has a considerable amount of spelling errors. For example, the Pactagonal Knight Class is spelled "Pactoganol Knight." Once you've thoroughly looked through your Guide and eliminated these errors, I will approve your Guide. -Faerdin
