Well, perhaps when I finish act 1 of my DF story, I'll start on that. Writing turned out to be surprisingly fun.

My only problem is, besides Corona and the Sun, I have not made up a single other character xD

When I grow in power, my weakness to the Sun seems to increase...a major setback I would say.

Eclipse isn't affected by the Sun at all. I am forced to rely on my ability to bend light away from me.

It's too bad my body can't do that automatically...I forget to do it for an instant and my powers are weakened

Ah I see, so that's how it works. Well, WIP for Corona's powers then.
Pros:
Time Travel (of course)
Strength
Some form of energy production, presumably what fuels his Time Travel, so he is technically powered on himself.
Existing out of time allows him to see the future by viewing choices people will make.
Cons:
Exists outside of time, thus rendering him an "outsider" to every location that ever has, and will exist. Thus he can never change anything for himself.
Can't age (both a pro and a con)
Cannot fly
Not overly durable (as his only real power is time travel)

*Needs help thinking of cons to balance pros, OP characters are such a bore. There can't be much opposition if they're too good*

What are you accomplishing besides making our nearly worthless planet a little less interesting?
No matter what that fool in the purple suit says, destruction is not creative.
It helps nothing .
War solves nothing.
Pain and hatred solve nothing.

Every action that you make that supports violence or destruction simply lowers the value of your life and of all of our lives.
You must understand that just because we are insignificant doesn't mean that we cannot do great things.

White chaos
Pros: constant absorbing of white chaos (converts negative emotions around himself into energy) which is the focal point of regeneration factor and powers, Chaotic touch *has the ability to corrupt* (not mind control but something like that *see Aqworlds for info*, also makes the corrupted victim completely under his control, more powerful based on the amount of white chaos energy forced into them(this ability doesn't work on other chaos beings and only depresses stronger willed opponents), body of white chaos energy (you have to tear off his flesh armor before you can deal any major damage to him and physically touching his energy body will induce Chaos touch). Full control of white chaos based abilities*energy blasts, create barrier and such* (can rip a hole between dimensions but is not practical due to the amount of focus needed to do so and even in best situation is not instanteous and fairly obvious to opponent). Chaos touch ability can easily amass a meduim sized army when he discards his flesh armor(depending on the population around him)
Super genius intellect(has a knack for mind screwing friend and foe alike) though still insane, doesn't have to breath, unaffected by gravity (both due to being an pure energy being), energy body only takes damage from any other energy based attacks(but flesh armor is merely a high level smasher body), can survive atomic decompostion. Behavior is unpredictabily random and character is not above backstabbing, character's personal emotions can affect *outside world* such as causing a nation to declare war on another due to sudden white chaos induced hate or fear. Very vicious and sadistic when fighting(prefers killing his opponent as quickly as possible) and not above playing sympathy card. Free flight due to being an energy being, patient and willing to strike at the right time. 3rd eye can weaken constitution of stronger willed opponents or force the infulence of his personal emotions. Immune to mid control, belief in white chaos makes him not very trusting even to other chaos beings, willing to fake his own death or sacrifice his flesh armor to fight another day.

Cons
No longer can control or affect all the elements of reality. The fact that he no longer is an Zero energy being means that every type of energy outside of chaos can damage him, though not critically. Sometimes rambles mid fight due to insanity, multipersonality disorder is random and can make him unhostile mid fight. Has no defense from being frozen in time due to lack of Zero energy, cannot pull himself into reality once erased from it. No longer can shift in and out of reality as a defense, dimension crossing ability limited to AE universes. Feels pain through his flesh armor, known for warning his enemies before making any major moves. White chaos relies on negative emotions and therefore is extremely weak when inside of pocket dimensions where he can't feed. Known for avoiding battle in general despite formitablity. 3rd eye will not open if character is not in a negative emotional state or within a 1000 miles radius of something that currently is feeling negative emotions. Flesh armor is more durable and has higher resistance than the average smasher but after taking heavy damage will begin to break, 3rd eye in itself is a weakness due to the fact that if struck when opened will cause character to explode and then reform into a different state of mind. Despite having some control of gravity character can no longer redirect attack back towards his opponent. Can no longer rip things from reality and with the lost of zero energy not longer has any of it's abilities. Due to the fact that he thrives on loneliness, he is terrible in group situations and can only handle 10 *ordinary* reality benders by himself before being overpowered. Despite intellect his tactical skills is fairly basic and he tries not be overly complicated. In most situations the character will do nothing thanks to a certain conversation he had with Clown.

*character weakness just like his white chaos is random and can change at random though these one generally stay*

Tail can be used as a weapon
Can swallow his opponents whole
Tough armored skin
Healing factor
Immune to disease
Doesn't age
Can stay under water for long periods of time without coming up for air
Very fast and agile in the water

Cons
Low intelligence
Can only fight at close range
Can't fly
Tough, but not immortal. Can be killed by most normal means
Often acts on instinct rather than thinking things through

Anti-godmodder trump card
Yeah, I've got one too. Hopefully I won't need to resort to this, though.

Anyway, do you guys think I'm balanced enough?

If I recall correctly, there are 5-6 reality warpers here, if you include Thursday, who only has access to those sorts of things if they are granted to him, which is not often.
Oh, and Your Croco-Man seems fine.

Well, I've certainly missed a lot.
Everyone going crazy, people dying, lots of other randomness. I see.

I'm glad that you guys already mentioned the godmodding that I would've been sure
to mention, had you guys not already done it.

Anywho, just about everyone who posted their character's bios/pros and cons seem to be balanced. That's good.
I see that not everyone did it sooo... yeah.

I supposed I'll list my own character's pros and cons now.

Celestin~

Pros:
Extremely powerful Telepathy rivaled by few.
Telekinetic powers.
Some other minor psychic powers.
Seemingly impregnable mental blocks.
Biological manipulation.
Longer life span than that of a human due to alien biology and slowed aging.
Like mentioned before, slow aging due to nature of powers.
Possesses one of the greatest and most intelligent minds on Earth.
Vast Wealth.
Immunity to most, if not all diseases.

Cons:
Insanity.
Multiple personalities to the extreme.
Extreme indecisiveness due to multiple personalities.
Lots of apparent misfortune.
Suffers from depression.
Wishes to die, but cannot bring self to go through with suicide.
At times, cannot control his own actions and seemingly becomes an entirely different person when his alter ego takes over.
Physically abuses and blames self for tragedies that surround his life and those close to him.
At random times, seems to be extremely unstable.
Has little confidence on most matters that, combined with his insanity, results in little control
of vast but untapped powers.

I do, as he can be harmed by normal means thus making him not super OP. Means while he could easily toss a truck at you, if worst came to worst, you could just shoot him

Also adds a more interesting aspect of strategy to his fights.

I have no idea what level of reality bending saturn is but from what you have written I can at least say he equal to 5 *ordinary reality benders*
