MC Melee/Ranged/Magic Water Sword/Spear/Mace, separate items. The sword has a neutral base/rand and BtH lean, the spear has a 2/3 random lean and +3 BtH lean on weapon attacks (not specials), the mace has a 1/3 base lean and -3 BtH lean on weapon attacks (not specials). The weapon's special will deal -1/3 of its post MC damage, and then will heal the player's MP or SP = to (DmgDealt/2/MobWaterRes*DrainMult), DrainMult is 1.5 for MP, 1.125 for SP. You can click the blade of the weapon to toggle it between MP or SP healing mode. If the player has > 80% of the resource they are attempting to heal (So if they have > 80% MP and the weapon is in MP heal mode), then the special takes no damage penalty and will not heal the player. MC effect is that the special has +1/6 damage. Normal damage of the special is 150% Melee, this bumps it up to 175% Melee, so the actual damage of the special if it's attempting to heal is 116.66...% Melee, so you're basically healing 58.33...% Melee worth of MP or SP when the special fires.
