i really love the game epicduel however one thing i am apalled by that doesnt happen in the other ae games is areas. this is NOT a complaint, this is a thread about areas and what type of areas there should be for example in aqw their are practically thousands of areas, discuss some ideas and if possible discuss ideas about combatting these issues.

all forum rules apply, please stay on topic and no flaming.

sorry if i wasnt clear enough but i meant new areas such as frysteland, and also this is just discussing about side projects not relating to pvp like the frysteland war and had different rooms such as a generator room

well this is a PVP game,

Hence focusing more on PVP.

If they wanna go done the path of making this game have more of storyline etc.

They first need to impove the PVP system to a SUSTAINABLE LEVEL.

Because PVP requires constatnt attention currently and it would be an insult to players if they contantly shuffled their priorities elsewhere.

my friend, areas get added regulary really, most recently the entire frysteland area.

since i joined this game, i've seen many new screens added, including Ulysses' workshop, the bazaar, old fortune city, west naval yard, the overlord facility and so on.

New areas got added very rarely and most of those areas are far away and
unpopulated. It wouldn´t make a difference to remove the bazaar and the
wasteland from the game because those areas are just dead and pretty useless.

What the game is missing are invitingly hotspots where people can meet and
hang out. Like Yulgar´s Inn in AQW or the other pub in the mountains.
There is Oz in world 7/8 but its not very invitingly and mainly a secret meeting
place for high level varium players to show off their gear and brag around.
Valestra´s Inn just failed in being a comfortable and quick to access meeting
place if this ever was the intention of the devs.

I have noticed the massive lack of new zones/rooms per year. AQWorlds makes at least 30 new rooms for every new room in Epicduel.
